fyi, i had an appointment with him today, scheduled a few days ago. he waited until this morning when i confirmed to ask for a deposit. i told him i don't do deposits, he wished me luck, and i wished the same for him. i'm grateful that providers offer their services, and respectful when they set their own terms for it, but doing it at the last minute is sketchy and/or unprofessional.
