Agree. And to reiterate, the therapeutic massage is of C- quality. Seems like a nice guy, but his price/service are substantially mismatched even in today’s inflated market. 

I saw him twice for a reason.  He is intuitive, confident, sexy and.... talented I found.  I'd definitely see him again.

The "Map me" function is useful when deciding on a masseur, because one wants to know where in a large urban area one has to go for the service. That's why I wonder why so many of these ads show the provider located in City Hall courtyard.

So, just got back from seeing Alex. Posted the same response to another thread that was started today.
 
Overall, it was fine, maybe a 6/10. Very Handsome in person with a cute accent (He’s from Colombia) but the massage didn’t last the entire hour, lasted maybe 40 min, which is a big no-no in my book, no matter how good looking one is. Also, he’s massaging at his friend’s place and he was in the other room (very good looking I might add. Was hoping he came out and joined in, haha). But usually, not too keen on folks being in the other room and hearing the tv and Phone chiming.
 
The massage was pretty descent, especially when he got to my back and neck. Were some sensual elements and the ending did provide a HE but I think I was so distracted by the fact that I knew we hadn’t made it to an hour that I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted.
 
Would I go back, probably not. Especially at the price point $150! I usually never go that high for 60 (40) min and this just reconfirmed it for me.

I took the plunge - don't recommend.   Looks like his photos.  Nice demeanor, body, and thick🍆.  Staying at a midtown hotel visiting from Miami.   Not the best english, but totally able to have a conversation.  Bed massage.  While he definitely had some good technique from the limited time we had - his phone kept going off (which he had on the bed with him), after 20 minutes time to turn over and then upsell.   He had quoted me $200 but not a time length - which is my bad for not confirming, but I had assumed for an hour.  

I don't care for his upsells during a massage session. One of my biggest pet peeves from a masseur. 

I tried contacting him when he visiting my town but he said he wasn’t sure if he has time for massage. If sounds as if he was looking for content partners to film with and treat massage as a second priority .. I never tried reaching out again. His videos are hot and yes mostly with older men. I guess I won’t be something he enjoys doing business with anyway. 

I saw him a few months ago. He is definitely booked and busy. Asked if I found him via TikTok, which I did not, but seems he's getting a lot of customers that way. The massage was decent and the HE was nice, but his heart was clearly not in it (and I am, humbly, a young, handsome and fit guy). His "fans" page is hot but has become overly staged.

I've seen him many times since he first started his massage business.  The last few appointments I booked, he was always running late. Didn't get a text or call, in advance, letting me know so I wouldn't have to wait 20 minutes in my car. He cut my last appointment down from 90 minutes to an hour (and it ended up being less than that). On my last two appointments, I ran into his previous clients coming out of his studio- not cool. When I arrived to his studio for my massage he merely flipped over the cover on the massage table and used the other side.  Bragged about his social media to the point that he was showing me videos and text from his X during my appointment time.   I didn't think that was professional or discreet.  Just not worth the drive or time and money to book with him anymore. He became unappreciative/disrespectful of my time.  The massage was ok, it felt like his heart was not in it and he seemed really tired and disengaged.

I tried setting up an appointment with him earlier today. First, he asked a series of questions - including age. Which I happily answered.
when time came for us to schedule, he stated he would be okay with 12:30 pm and I said cool - it’ll take me an hour to get there.
as I’m starting to drive and hoping to arrive by noon (something I communicated to him), he texts me and says that if I’m not there by noon, he will cancel. I turned around and parked my car and told him this leaves no time for any traffic delay even if it’s by a few minutes. He said if you’re not here by 12, forget it (English may not be his first language).
I said let’s cancel. After which he told me to go find someone else. And then filed a false report on Mr. Number. 
 
all in all, a pleasant guy!

He gives great massages! I've booked him twice.  He's strictly therapeutic though.  I had the pleasure of having him in his underwear, and he stretched me in some very hot ways, but it didn't get past that.
