  1. As we all know over the last few years AI has been hailed as everything from the solution to grow economies to the thing that could end the world, therefore I'd like to ask the question "Can it be applied here?" First of all, I am not suggesting that this world suddenly goes AI and actual encounters become virtual encounters, what I mean is "Can AI help with those encounters?", for instance, say a client has a particular fetish that a provider has not heard of or is unfamilar with, surely a quick consult with an AI engine would provide the spark of inspiration. Similarily, if a provider wants to branch out, they could ask an AI engine "What is the newest trend?" and AI would no doubt provide an answer. Now, I shall admit that I cannot speak from experience in either case, but that said, if I asked AI to generate an encounter that would ensure that my money would well spent, it would probably look like this: In other words, He-Man + electrical chair = supreme power and climaxes
  2. Of the pictures here were a direct poltical connection can be made, 37 support Republican ideas, 11 support Democrat ideas, 2 are Independents and there is one other. This backs up polling in the UK during our recent election where it was found that whilst most right wing voters were bigger than average (5ft 11 or taller and weighing more than 190lbs), another poll suggested that it was because right wing candidates were seen are "as or more muscular" than the man being interviewed. On a side note, Carl Cashman, is the Liberal Democrat city councillor for the Church ward on Liverpool Council and was elected to the council in the 2023 local elections with 56% of the vote (ahead of Labour on 34%, the Greens on 10% and the Conservatives on 1%) and will next up for election in 2027
  3. This reminds me of a Horrible Histories sketch about Giotto (based on the television show "Googlebox") where families are looking at some of Giotto's work and comment on one painting saying that it makes them feel sad for the "ikkle baby Jesus on his own"
  4. I remember reading somewhere that Gary Cooper was very coy about his age, so when one reporter telegraphed "How old Gary Cooper?", he replied "Old Gary Cooper fine, how you?"
  5. With a focus in my books about history, namely the Caroline era (1625 - 1649) and in recent months the turn of the 20th century with an interest in the miltary aspects. The first series of books are based on the Musketer tales by Alexandre Dumas and so far comprise five books, collated under the title "The Adventures of Henry Cardigan" which deals with his acceptance into the academy, following the Duke of Buckingham asking him to go to France and prevent his dialliances with the Queen of France being known publicly in England, the second book deals with his first missions as a Musketeer (including the failure to prevent the assassination of the Duke of Buckingham, but taking his revenge out on Milady), the third book is a mashup of the Musketeers and "Around the World in Eighty Days", the fourth sees him become a superhero (The Ultimate Musketeer) and infuse Porthos with the same powers (creating the Ultimate Titan) pictured and in the fifth book which are recollections of past adventures, he admits to Porthos that as the Ultimate Musketeer, he has more than feelings for the Ultimate Titan and agree that they can call themselves husbands. The second series of books (which I have just started) are about another Henry Cardigan, a direct descendant, but he was born in 1878 and therefore will deal with the Anglo Boer War, both World Wars, and their aftermath, and like his ancestor he too becomes endowed, thanks to the hidden world of Burroughs when he meets Tarzan (pictured) To which you might think, this is all very interesting, but how does it affect us? Well, I shall be honest here, the sixth book in first series and the second book in the second series see me taking both characters in the direction of coming to the realisation that they may be gay. In the older Henry Cardigan's case, he ends up in 2050 having been cursed in the 17th century and finding a friend in a bodybuilder who is a museum guard by night, the person who found him in the immediate aftermath of his curse, he explains his love for Porthos and the bodybuilder smiles "I think you're gay" (which leads to a misunderstanding about the term) and in the modern books, following the loss of his parents, Henry realises that here he is, coming up to his 30's and he is still not married, unlike other people he knows and so tries to understand why, and during a session with Freud he asks "Sir...am I...homosexual?" and as Freud nods, his world suddenly reveals itself. And this is where I need help. I am non binary, a conclusion I have come to the in the last few years, however I am also aromantic, a sapiosexual and sthenolagnic, what I am not however is gay, and therefore would like to know if there is anyone who would be willing to help me develop these characters so that I reflect the gay lifestyle in both series (which will be from 1914 onwards and 2050 onwards)?
  6. Indeed it has, because as you point out their infrastructure is at least a century old (not helped by the constant US blockades on trade with the island)
  7. This event has been reported on extensively in the United Kingdom, mainly because it was the British version of the X Factor where he rose to fame, however some of the reporting has been downright terrible, from the Sun's WAS LIAM PUSHED? to the Weekend Sport reporting Liam Payne was today found dead at an hotel in Argentina after a weekend of alcohol fueled orgies...pictures inside
  8. These are all musclestuds I have spoken to online who have either died, deleted their profiles or are no longer online for whatever reason, and I shall be honest, I miss them all
  9. Indeed, you can even become a 419 without realising it SCAM ALERT: Crooks posing as lottery winner claim to offer money by texts WWW.ABC15.COM The message states Bell wants to share her wealth by donating to others. To claim the money, Marna was asked to text a given number with a specific code.
  10. These are the similarities: Trevor (millenial American Gordon Gecko type) is the same as Julian (1990's Conservative MP) Hetty (owner of the house in the Edwardian era) is the same as Lady Button (owner of the house in the Victorian era) Peter (American boy scout leader) is the same as Patrick (British boy scout leader) However there are differences for instance: Thorfinn (a Viking struck by lighting) in the US series is Robin (a caveman struck by lighting) in the UK series The US series does not have a comprable character to Kitty (from the Georgian era) just as the UK series does not have comparable character to Alberta
  11. As with most gameshows that started out in the United States, the United Kingdom thought "We'll have that" and over the course of some 40 or so years, the BBC, ITV, and even regional channels produced their own versions such as this version from 1986 broadcast across the ITV network by Thames, with the special mystery guest being the British wrestler "Giant Haystacks" who at the time of recording was 7ft tall and 728lbs
  12. The opening ceremony is a week today starting at, as has been a trend of late at the time of the games, so in Beijing it started at 20:08 local time, London 20:12 local time, Rio 20:16 local time, Tokyo 20:20 local time and Paris 20:24 local time Which is all very well and good, but what happens in the 2060 Summer Games because 20:60 would be 21:00 local time
  13. I was a caregiver for my grandparents from 2005 to 2021, and that included during the pandemic, during that period of time, I was told by the council's social care service that if either of my grandparents slipped, I was to leave them where they slipped, phone for a paramedic using the 999 service in the UK (our version of 911) and wait. On one occasion, between the time of the slippage and the arrival of the paramedics, two care visits happened (to which they said "We cannot do anything, we are not trained for this event") and when the paramedics did arrive, it was 8½ hours later
  14. Amazon, if only because the UK government is calling for a review of Temu's practices
  15. When I first got CNN back in 2003, I was always very impressed by how he was able to explain things, that as a limey were complex into simple terminology
  16. During this recent general election in the United Kingdom, I experienced it during election night when I was told that the new Labour MP for Cambridgeshire North West (who won with a majority of 39) was born in 2002 (the year that I started getting interested in local elections)
  17. "Robby Robinson: The Blueprint" is a riveting homage to a titan of old-school bodybuilding whose legacy has long been eclipsed by the passage of time. Once celebrated as a pioneer in the realm of physique crafting, Robby Robinson's story unfolds like a phoenix rising from the ashes in this compelling PPV documentary. At 77 years young, Robby Robinson defies conventional wisdom with a physique that challenges the boundaries of age and possibility. This film chronicles his extraordinary journey, from the shadows of a tumultuous past to his triumphant return to the spotlight. For fans of old-school bodybuilding, this is not merely a documentary but a pilgrimage into the heart of an icon whose influence on the fitness industry resonates to this day. The documentary peels back layers of myth and misconception, revealing the true essence of Robby Robinson. It's a portrait of resilience, dedication, and the unyielding pursuit of physical perfection against all odds. Through candid interviews and rare archival footage, viewers witness Robinson's evolution from a groundbreaking bodybuilder to an enduring symbol of strength and grace. What sets "Robby Robinson: The Blueprint" apart is its intimate portrayal of a man who defied industry norms and paved the way for generations of athletes. His return to prominence is not just a comeback; it's a renaissance that promises to reshape the very fabric of the fitness world. This film captures the essence of Robinson's philosophy: the relentless pursuit of excellence and the belief that age is but a number in the quest for physical mastery. The programme is available for purchase on Amazon Prime
  18. My apologies, I should have noted that I was given £500 of free Halifax shares when the building socirty demtualised as I was a customer with the bank when that happened. The same with Bradford and Bingley
  19. The Elgin Marbles have been cited in recent debates about whether items held in British museums should be sent back to their own nations. Indeed the Welsh Government has stated that it believes 90% of the items held in museums in Wales do not belong in Wales. There is a touring exhibition of items from the British Museum collected in the 17th century by Sir Hans Sloane, however due to the Welsh Governments "Anti Racial Wales" policy instituted in 2020, every time it is exhibited in Wales every piece has a counter exhibition called "We were here first" which is a collection of "art that demonstrates we were always here" from artists representing "the global majority" as a protest against the collection Re-examining Sir Hans Sloane’s collections WWW.NHM.AC.UK
  20. HBOS (the banking giant created when Halifax Building Society merged with the Bank of Scotland in 2001) saw its share price fall by 17% in March 2008 when rumours appeared suggesting that it had gone to the Bank of England asking for funding to ensure its survival, and on September 17th of that year the share price swung from as low as 88 pence a share to as high as 220 pence a share, Lloyds TSB then announced they were seeking to take over HBOS and it was agreed that for every HBOS share owned, 0.83 of a Lloyds Banking group share would be offered, later reduced to 0.605 of a Lloyds Banking group share. Within days of this takeover, Northern Rock suffered a run on its services and collapsed, having been sold by the UK government, Bradford and Bingley collapsed, sold by the UK government and it was reported that even the Bank of England was on the verge of having to stop all interventions. This is why today I have 33 shares in Lloyds Banking Group (55 shares in HBOS) which as of the close of trade yesterday were worth £17.82 meaning that I am stuck with them because it would cost more to sell them than they are worth
  21. And this is where the question arises I say. The United Kingdom is currently in the middle of an election (called by the Prime Minister for July 4th 2024) and both parties (the current government and possible alternative government) have released their party platforms, and there is no mention of the share offer in either party platform, making me wonder whether the scheme has been shelved by this government and the alternative government is not to keen on the idea either.
  22. Back in 2013, the Royal Mail (which was then owned by the UK Government) was privatised in a share offer where the majority of applicants who asked for the bare minimum (£750 of stock) got it and if you asked for more you were told "No, 227 shares is all you are going to get!" and formally floated at 330 pence a share, reaching 600 pence a share in Febuary the following year. In April 2018, it almost got there again at 581 pence a share, but then crashed to just 126 pence a share as the pandemic hit, but then suddenly surged back up to 577 pence a share as the pandemic came to an end, before crashing back down to 184 pence in September 2022 where it stayed until March of this year when news broke that a Czech businessman had taken a 27% stake in the company and over the next few weeks launched a formal takeover which was formally agreed a few weeks ago at 370 pence a share (12% premium on the floatation price). This means that when the deal is concluded, I am likely to get a payment of £839.90 and was thinking of using that to buy shares in the next Government privisation of the National Westminster Bank, however given that Labour who are likely to win the election on July 4th have not given any indication of whether they support such a sale and would do so if in government, should I bank that £839,90 and wait for the next government floatation, or keep it in my bank account?
  23. Do you happen to know if this alert is valid in Europe as well?
  24. My personal assistant is trying to convince me that the addition of onion and / or garlic to a meal is a perfectly natural thing to happen, despite me telling him that spiced tomato crisps make my mouth feel warm, therefore all these TV cooks doing it as well get on my wick!
  25. Coming from the depths of rural Wales, it is not easy to meet anyone at all (let along muscular) therefore when I made friends with a bodybuilder who lived in Suffolk, I took it. The fact that I was 33 and he was 60 had no bearing on the subject at all. I am still friends with him now, even more so since it was announced last year he is suffering from Alzheimer's
