I think sex workers in Switzerland may be required to undergo regular testing but I found no confirmation of that. If testing is required, a Covid test can be added to that pretty easily. Also, the country's sex worker union is recommending safer positions: "The move comes after sex-worker advocacy group ProKoRe drafted guidelines on how to do the deed without spreading coronavirus. The group recommended that sex workers service their clients by engaging in “doggy style” and “reverse cowgirl” positions — instead of missionary style, which has a higher likelihood of transmitting the virus with closer face-to-face contact."

I just saw this in the NYT. The organization he started, ACT UP, became a model for patient activists of all kinds. RIP.

I watched the Madeleine McCann documentary after rewatching everything else. It doesn't appear that they're any closer to solving the case. Is it weird that I want to visit Praia de Luz now? Also, I feel guilty for noticing this given the subject matter, but male newscasters in Portugal are very handsome.

Not doing well at all. I have a couple of medical problems whose treatments will cause me problems. My place is a mess, and I don't have room for everything. Like @sync , I'm an introvert, so I don't feel acute loneliness. But the level of social contact I had was more helpful than I had realized. The days feel longer and longer.
