Finally got around to seeing this recently. I had not heard of it until the Emmy's, where it swept many awards. I thought it was a terrific roller-coaster ride, but I also loved the movie Parasite. There are similar themes. Loved the sex scenes with Young Mazino who played Paul. OMG, what a body! I had to rewind that ass several times. I so wanted one of the characters to be gay, but the only gay reference was the homophobia that is quite prevalent in Asian culture. I thought the casting was perfect. Did not know that Ali Wong and Bill Hader are a couple. I'm looking forward to watching it again. There are quite a few details that are easy to miss, given how much is going on in the story.

Thank you for doing that and reporting back. Sounds absolutely dreadful. Sorry to hear your experience was so bad. On to the next.

I wish I could give up all tech, except I do love having a computer in my home. Sadly, I'm wedded to Mac OS. Made that switch decades ago. It's not just the cost of the phone, it's the cost of the monthly plan. Don't want it, don't need it, don't enjoy talking on cell phones. I live in a building that requires a landline for intercom service. I love the quality of my landline (voice quality and reception), although that may die one day soon. I can live with the folks who label me old, ancient, cheap, and curmudgeonly. I don't care. That's the beauty of being in my 60's. Sorry for the off-topic.

Yes, having a license, a table with an adjustable headrest, and an email address are now considered "rigid requirements." It's all a friggin joke. Didn't even mention the $1000 smartphone, which I refuse to purchase. I hate all cell phones. No texting from me. Ever.

NYC - Massage Parlors w/ Older Masseurs
d.anders replied to thelovebroadcast's topic in Spas & Masseurs
Well that's the thing about "age" in our time. So many people are looking great at an older age, like never before. I once had a fabulous massage by a guy on MF. His ad said he was 38, and there was nothing about his appearance that would suggest otherwise. While I was on his table, enduring his painful but masterful work, he confessed to being 52. I applauded him, not only for his honest confession, but for his gene pool. -
I never know where someone gets the money to afford some of Manhattan's newer buildings. The housing market here has gone completely insane. I wouldn't blame anyone for doing HE on the side, just to make ends meet. Amen to that.

NYC - Massage Parlors w/ Older Masseurs

I'm happy to settle for a license at this point. LOL. No young for me. I've never met a young masseur who exhibited strong talent. I also don't think young guys know very much about how to be sensual. I think it takes some years to develop technique and knowledge. I'm perfectly happy with 30+. As for cute, well that really depends on taste. I'll take sexy over cute any day. -

Some people are like that. It can be tiring. Yep, at 40, by the youngins' in my life, I was declared "old." Now, in my 60's, I'm either ancient or dead. -
Bed massage only. Tier priced, "deep" being the most expensive. LOL. Did not answer question about license. I'm assuming no serious massage here.
-
Some of the highest member prices in Manhattan. They are leveraged to the hilt.
-
IMO, there is nothing worse than a dead personality. I don't care how fabulous everything else is.

Always got to watch out for the Players. They are usually handsome and fit, they know it, and they use that as bate. The ad always reads like a dream come true. Maybe, if you happen to be their type, you may get a worthwhile experience. But mostly not. They are not in the business to please you, they just want easy money. As for Marks, "exploring what life brings me," from his OF page. Maybe a poor choice of words, but the quest seems very me-centric.

What are my chances that he'll take my call on first try? What are my chances that he'll call back? Or, call back at a convenient private time for me? Since I don't know his name, with whom do I address a message? I can only imagine what happens when I dial a wrong number, and leave a HE question on someone else's machine. LOL. Email is the only sane, friendly option, if you ask me, yet more and more guys insist on using text only. Whatever. Another guy knocked off my list. I doubt he's licensed anyway.

I can understand a little copy and paste here and there if you're not a writer. But lifting full sentences, especially these days, seems insane. AdonisX does look familiar. I think he's hot as hell. Incredibly sexy, with an amazing smile. I hate when these hot guys wear black underwear. White should be mandatory. I hope someone reports back on his massage talent. I also hate when they don't offer email. There is absolutely no way for me to contact him. How dumb is that? Good looks and no brain. Not like we haven't seen that before.

Is there a subtext difference based on different sites?
d.anders replied to Gandalf's topic in Spas & Masseurs
Those are my favorite finds. True gems. I don't shop for HE anymore, not for at least 8 years, but I sure love getting massaged by a naked man. I just love being naked with another guy. @Madman Your analysis sounds keen to me. I had forgotten about the massage guys who advertise on RentMen. Always assumed they had no license. I don't visit that site looking for massage. -
NYC - Massage Parlors w/ Older Masseurs
d.anders replied to thelovebroadcast's topic in Spas & Masseurs
I could be wrong, but many "older" massage therapists in NYC prefer to be self-employed, especially if they lean toward sensual work. Once you have a solid client base, why work on commission for someone else? Some older guys like the stability and ambience of a high-end spa, tips are great too, but those guys will not be doing HEs. There are some hot men doing massage at certain gyms, but I doubt they would last long if they got caught doing anything sensual. If you're looking for "sensual," there's only one place to find that, and it's online, at very specific places. There are a few over-40 guys who are well reviewed in this forum, and several of them are worth seeking. I know from experience. -
Does someone's true age really matter? With 50 being the new 30, if you look good enough to pass, why be honest about age? I don't get the customer hung up on numbers, unless the provider is truly trying to snow somebody with grotesque falsehoods. We live in a culture that places a premium on youthful qualities. I prefer knowledge and experience, but so many prefer youth and the perception of endless energy. There seems to be something for everyone.

The abs look great, but they won't last unless you work at them, unless he's one of those gifted types. He seems to have a nice face, and his words suggest an eagerness to please. $180 for a bed massage, could certainly be a deal for those who get pleasure from the bed fantasy. I'm all ears.

MasseurFinder has been around for decades. I think they were the first to offer the category of Therapeutic, which gave permission to licensed masseurs to advertise there. Even when explicit images were allowed, quite a few legit guys used the service. Using the word rent in RentMasseur can be interpreted as wordplay, which can suggest the promotion of escort type services. But these days, with everyone offering the same categories, it seems anything and everything goes, you just have to read between the lines and pay attention to honest feedback, if you can find it. I remember the days when certain guys would post explicit photos in their ads, and then, when you're on their table, nothing. At least that practice is gone now. There are a tons of guys who will play depending on certain factors. Good luck finding those details in an ad. It's the luck of the draw, and I don't think that practice will ever go away. -
By Asian, I mean owned and operated. It does not refer to the employees. Thank you for the lair education. I contacted Eason. Outcalls only, no table. Bummer.
-
Can someone describe his talent? Does he have the gift of firm-touch-technique? Is he totally into muscle healing? What exactly is this W Spa lair? I've never been to a NYC Asian spa, but I'm not opposed to going if the place is clean and legit. Thank you.
-
I haven't seen him in decades, but I assume all the photos are accurate. He knows photography. However, the photos come from very different years, and some are very old. You can tell. He very well may be in his 50's now, but you know how these guys are about revealing their truthful age. Until you see him in person, you can't really know for sure. His ad suggests he's grown quite a bit, far more open than he used to be. He's been doing this tantric massage business for at least 20 years, if not much longer, so I expect he's found a way to bring pleasure, and possibly enjoy the process.
-
I think this is the guy: tantrictouchnyc on RentMasseur RENTMASSEUR.COM View my profile on RentMasseur.com I remember him from long ago. He was quite handsome in his youth, and he had a pretty ass. He wanted to be a filmmaker. I think he actually did make a small, independent film. It looks like he got out of NYC, but he still uses the word tantric in his ad.

It seems to be a feature of the software, consolidation. If you want to see all of it clearly, click on Expand. In the massage room of my former gym, they had a small, oscillating fan. I had always assumed it was there for the extra-warm room, since they kept that room pretty warm for the naked customer. Maybe the fan helps in the presence of a small gas burst. Many spas have these aromatherapy machines, and some of those scents are quite powerful. I imagine pro masseurs are equipped with plenty of information on how best to mitigate a gassy customer. I know plenty of straight guys who are damn proud of their destructive gas releases, and I doubt they hold back when on a massage table.

I was not referring to that. I do not support personal attacks.
