I disagree. I would never hire him because of his discrimination. The best in the business don't discriminate. "Personal preference" is for his personal sex play. When he is accepting money he is a business. He should abide by the rules of a business and not discriminate. All I am going to say. Know you feel differently.

I think if you tell them in your profile or in communication prior to the meeting many will not know what to expect and be scared off. I played with a guy who had one and didn't realize it until the 2nd or 3rd time we played. I never mentioned it and neither did he. -

I would NOT mention it unless they ask. Do you have to tell them if you take viagra, etc to keep it up? Some of these guys are too insecure to begin with and thinking you need to "pump" to have an erection for them will kill the mood. -
