  1. This story was fascinating (if horrifying)... I Went Undercover as a Secret OnlyFans Chatter. It Wasn’t Pretty | WIRED WWW.WIRED.COM Your online influencer girlfriend is actually a rotating cast of low-wage workers. I became one of them.
  2. I also saw it today (this afternoon) at the IFC in Manhattan -- were we at the same screening, @cany10011? -- and found the movie remarkably effective. The (many) sex scenes were very sexy and strangely realistic. Same for the mix of clients and the mix of good and bad decisions being made. The main actor is both a real beauty and a very good actor. I couldn't help but wonder how many of the dozen or so middle aged and older men at my screening were viewing the film from the client POV.
  3. I love Jules Bouyer. Posted a Jules gallery on my Insta just yesterday. But discovering the special quick peek in this tweet has just made my day.
  4. Trip Richards has an RM profile that is intermittently active, so you might keep an eye out for him.
  5. This is a misrepresentation of the facts of the case, though it aptly reflects the tabloid coverage of the incident and its aftermath. The CP charges were the result of prosecutorial error and he was not placed on the sex-offender registry, though he was on probation for some while. This is how NBCNews described what happened, in this 2004 story...
  6. I heard that same cycle of laughs. My reading: the audience welcomed the opportunity to release the giggle they'd been politely holding in. But it's not that the wig's "look" is off -- it's that the wig looks like a weird wig perched precariously on Brody's noggin.
  7. For the last year or so, there have typically been three preview emails for the NP: one on Thursday, one on Friday, and a final one on Saturday afternoon. Today's email featured 9 models, while also indicating that there would be 20 headliners. Which suggests that another 11 or so will be teased in the coming days. (It's also not uncommon for additional headliners to join the roster, especially on big weekends like Pride.) Plus, there are always a few NP models who ask that their pictures not be included in the promo emails.
  8. Ditto to all that @Xavitv said, @ArVaGuy. My feeling about the cover at Adonis NP's is simple: it's like buying ticket to a show. Even if I'm not inspired or in the mood to get busy in the back room, I find the spectacle to be reliably entertaining. (Indeed, if you sit on one of the side couches, the parade of eye-level peen can be plenty delightful in and of itself.) And I have found that many of the patrons (they're the ones wearing clothes) can be quite fun to chat with, especially those from this forum. It is, of course, important to manage your expectations. (If you want a mind-blowing encounter, just book an appointment via RM and cross your fingers.) But, based on my experience over the last few years, AdonisNP's in the current space can be remarkably rewarding... You just never know. That's part of the bargain and part of the fun. PS: I should be there on Saturday so lemme know if you want to say hey.
  9. Yeah. Brody Grant's wig (which is I think the only major wig) is a disaster. His actual hair is a mess, too, though.
  10. I've fallen hard for this show, especially the choreography in the rumble. The original cast recording is great, too.
  11. My first hire was 10 years ago next Tuesday. I'd been looping around the prospect since I was in my early 20s, poring over the listings first in magazines and then RentBoy. I had been reading this forum for maybe 5-6 years, strolling around the possibility. But then, one day, I just decided to contact one gent who did not reply and then another who did. Later that night, I found myself in a cab, heading to an address in Chelsea, being buzzed in, and getting exactly what I wanted from a very nice guy who's still very much in the game...
  12. Same day appointments are not really an option for me, since my circumstances require a bit of advance planning. (Plus, my two all-time worst experiences have come from same-day hires, so I'm always wary there.) My approach usually involves a total of 6-8 text messages between me and the gent and this is the method I've found most reliably effective in my now 10 years of hiring. A good portion (about half of the guys) say they appreciate or prefer the advance notice, so -- once again -- different strokes...
  13. This is what one OF creator said to me when I mentioned something when, after missing his non-sexual musical concert, I asked if he had any upcoming shows. Hey there! OnlyFans' Terms of Service strongly forbid any discussion of real world interaction, even if that's two creators collaborating together or a musician performing a show. They're very strict about that here! So I try to find the gent on X/Twitter, RentMen, or some other social media platform so as to not inadvertently jeopardize their OF account. And, yes, OF is arbitrary in its enforcement on such things, but it does tend to be pretty swift/severe when it does opt to do so...
  14. (I'll share the gent's name/profile via DM, if folks remain interested.)
  15. This post reminds me that -- the last time I was ghosted -- the gent asked for a picture. I declined, but shared a simple, accurate physical description of myself. He seemed to be satisfied with that, but then he was a no-show. So, yes, requesting pics is now a definite red-flag for me that the gent might flake.
  16. Thanks for this resounding endorsement. I'm hoping my schedule doesn't force me to miss this one. BTW: I completely concur with your rankings/assessments of this year's banging season of new plays.
  17. Ditto. I try to crosscheck, from as many angles as are available. Before I make first contact I try confirm that (A) they are who they say they are and (B) their approach to the gig seems sane/safe/sensible. So I look at the profile. Definitely search here. Then I scan any social media that might be accessible. Sometimes I sign up for their OF. If they're dancing at Adonis, I might try to make a trip. Then I contact them and see how it goes... But mostly I'm just trying to confirm that they're real and that they're professional in their approach to the gig.
  18. @muscles44 - definitely find the mode and platform that's right for you. I do think being forthright about the kind of interaction you're offering is key. And if you're game to do the MaleThingsWorn thing, that might be another generative revenue stream.
  19. Let us know when you launch, @muscles44! And, yes, the cross-promotional presence between platforms seems key. One strategy that might be worth exploring might be to link your streaming to an OnlyFans profile. I've seen some content creators do well by hosting live Chaturbate shows, requiring pay-in to view on CB, which they either stream live on OF or repost later on OF as content. Indeed, it seems increasingly rare for successful CBers to NOT also have an OF.
  20. I've been following his OF intermittently for a good while. He definitely gives me the clear impression that he's (A) definitely straight-identifying but (B) also a skilled professional bottom and (C) clearly inclined to role-playing and worship scenarios.
  21. I've not seen TheOutsiders yet (have tix in a couple weeks) but it definitely has the highest "cute boy" quotient of the season. (Though HeartOfRock&Roll displays a good deal of hunky eye-candy as well.) I liked Appropriate a lot; I've seen previous productions and this one just nails it.
  22. This is what I hire for. Almost exclusively. But I'm a giver. Again, almost exclusively.
  23. I saw it at Playwrights (and have yet to see it on Broadway) but, yes, it is an extraordinary piece of theatre. And I would agree that it's by far the frontrunner for the Best Play Tony and is also a real contender for Best Original Score
  24. Your math is somehow not factoring in the fact that I was aiming to book 2-3 separate appointments over an extended weekend, that I did book two appointments, and that I currently have provisional plans for a future meetup with the one who was out of town on the weekend in question. But, sure, everyone -- on both sides of the equation -- maneuvers the uncertainties of this hobby in their own way...
  25. I didn't spam RM advertisers. Over a series of days, I sent out a handful of brief specific queries about future availability. That is all. I was prepared to hire any or all of them for separate appointments, though -- based on prior experience -- I anticipated that only two or three would actually come through as potential actual bookings. And that proved to be the case. You might have better a yield rate on initial queries and, if so, I suspect we'd all welcome the opportunity to learn from the wisdom of your experience.
