  1. When setting up a temporary place in a traffic-clogged city I didn't know, I found Overstock really useful. But of all the things I got from them, I think the only thing I actually kept when the gig finished was one area rug.

    NYC Bear Party

I've been to a matinee. (I actually attended in the company of a gent who suggested it as an alternative to a hotel. I found the mandatory clothes-check a bit intimidating, but because I already had a play partner I was easily distracted from my own self-consciousness.) From what I recall, the crowd was diverse in terms of age, ethnicity and bodytype -- though I don't remember too many guys in their 20s. Most were 35+, most were at least pleasant to look at (and a few were genuinely hot). Lots of standing and cruising but a number of guys getting busy, with lots of opportunities to look and folks were definitely not shy about expressing their interest in joining the fun with my (very hot) companion. I was actually pretty impressed by how the space was run -- not a huge venue, but not cramped either, with clearly communicated "rules"...
  3. My assumption is that they're jockeying for something more substantial (and possibly less strenuous) than $20-per-song... (BTW: I almost popped in last night myself -- was literally walking by the entrance on my way to catch a train home -- but couldn't quite muster the enthusiasm for what is, pretty reliably, an expensive & disappointing experience.)
  4. My TDF seat for this show was pretty great -- center mezzanine, just a couple rows back.
  5. There've been a few forum conversations about this question/topic... One of the more recent: https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/personal-trainer-escort.128421/
  6. Recently noticed this language: "Can easily host you comfortably & privately at my apartment or if you prefer that I come to your place, you can send over an uber to pick me up."
  7. I don't know if cagey is exactly correct. Idiosyncratic, maybe. In terms of his preferred form of contact & how he would host an incall.
  8. Super-easy to cancel. (Much easier than most pornsites, actually.)
  9. I enjoy my premium membership. The videos can be fun and/or fascinating and are often clarifying. I especially like being able to peek at the semi-private pics with just the click of a button. I've wondered about whether buying an annual membership with a prepaid Visa would work as a way to remain "anonymous"...
  10. I'm in the preliminary stages of setting something up with an unreviewed gent. Things are going well, but I'm finding I want to confirm his legitimacy. Mostly because he's being a teensy bit cagey about a couple things. So I post here to ask: Anybody want to lend their advanced photosleuthing skills? (I've already exhausted my limited abilities in that area.) What are your go-to techniques for confirming that a gent is not part of some sting or other sort of entrapment hustle?
  11. xxxactly. I value the PM feature, and have had mostly (only?) good experiences with it. But discretion is key, both on- and off-list.
  12. It is -- ahem -- a DELIGHTFUL little video, tho.
  13. ohhh @actor61 - I find Ina's weird quirks a hoot but I am SO with you on ATC's Dan Souza! Hubbahubba!
  14. Totally. Martha & Ina are great for this but nothing beats the Berry/Hollywood Great British Bake Off for pure pleasure. I also enjoy Pioneer Woman (don't judge) and Trisha's Southern Kitchen (judge away -- I judge myself).
  15. I've been to a half-dozen or so incalls to NYC apartments all throughout Manhattan. All were quirky in that NYC-apartment way. All were very cozy, which sometimes made me feel a bit invasive. (By nature, I'm a bit nosy -- the sort of dinner guest inclined to scan your bookshelves, to survey the art/collectibles and to notice what's on the fridge. I try not to be intrusive, but it's sort of who I am.) Only one was unpleasant, but so too was the encounter, so there's that. One thing about incalls I didn't anticipate (aside from the occasional surprise dog or cat) was the unexpected reminder of an encounter when I happened to be in the neighborhood or on the block months or even years later...
  16. Most of us didn't see your original post, so it's tough to say which wire got tripped, but -- clearly -- a line was crossed. And you got slapped. That said, I'd welcome your POV on the broader concern of the "tendency of one-on-one experiences with Adonis dancers to turn out badly." I've only had one beyond-the-club encounter with an Adonis gent and it was definitely of the "giant dud" variety, but nothing terrible. But I know that many here have had good experiences...
  17. I will say that a mention of discounts/packages for additional hours definitely bumps an appealing gent to my priority list.
  18. Though he's not the "type" I'm inclined to hire, I maintain an everlasting torch for Kenny: https://www.seancody.com/tour/model/138/kenny/
  19. Forrest is AKA Clark Campbell. https://www.waybig.com/blog/tag/clark-campbell/
  20. Add me to the wishful thinkers...
  21. DecadesNetwork is currently running the "Best of Ed Sullivan" which is my not-at-all-guilty pleasure these days. This afternoon, while doing mindless tasks, I played one episode from my dvr stash and was utterly delighted by the spectacle of Charo (which EdS pronounced "CHAIR-o") singing a flamenco arrangement of "Shalom Aleichem." But this time of year I so wish that I had a GetTV affiliate in the neighborhood. They run all kinds of old holiday specials, which is the sort of retro kitsch I live for...
  22. I watch PerryMason pretty much whenever it's on.
  23. Houston. A perennial question, I know. Also: just had a pleasant exchange with BrandonTaylor (via RM message). https://rent.men/BrandonTaylor I don't suppose anyone's actually met the gent?
