Yes, it isn't in his favor for sure, and that can be considered a strike 1 for me.  

Some other negatives for me include the following that have come up in our messages to set up a meeting since I initially posted here:

1.  I already mentioned his rate is high for me (but still doable).  BFE is 600 (massage is 400 and overnights are 2k).  For me a true BFE has to include kissing and he confirmed that is off the table.  Strike 2

2.  He requires a deposit up front (20%) to book the appointment.  Strike 3

3.  I did ask for his OF page, which he did provide.  It is $50/month, which to me is more than I believe I have ever seen and more than I would ever pay.  Of course he can set the rate at whatever he wants but just seems a bit off to be so high (for me at least).  He did acknowledge that the rate is high but gave some strange reason that it is in the process of being taken down so that is why it is so high.  

Anyway, 3 strikes and he's done.

I hired him a couple times during or soon after the legal issues with CF started and I have kind of followed him for some time during various ordeals.  He definitely has been through a lot and most not good.  I was just thinking about him not too long ago and then his ad popped back up on RM.  Tempted to hire him again to see what he is currently like (appearance, personality, etc).  Would be an expensive endeavor based on his current fees for escorting.

You can make the math work if he joined the army at 17 (earliest age one can join the army), did basic training and started sequential tours of duty lasting from 6 to 12 months (typical length of tour of duty) with a few months back each time.  He actually states in the Q&A section that he had 3-1/2 years total overseas. So that can add up so that he could start advertising when 21.  However, he also states he was in the army for 8 years so he would have had to be advertising while still in the army stateside to still make the numbers work out.

Of course I jest and it is just another case of age shaving so no need to wonder.  He is, in fact (verified), 38 years old and will be 39 in a few months.  

I met him years ago.  Personable young man, chatty and open about his life.  Overall decent experience but nothing to write home about and probably would not repeat.

The outstanding guy was very interactive, take charge and met my criteria for being satisfied (except no kissing).  The waste of time was passive and just wanted to be serviced.  Of course some guys like that but it wasn't what I wanted.

I found both on Rentmen.  If you do a search and list "straight" in the filter for orientation then you can see the options there.

In the past I've hired two straight guys.  One was an outstanding experience while the other was a total waste of time.  My success rate with bi and gay guys is much better.

Quick question/point of clarification for the OP regarding the system showing him logged in after you sent your last message.  That may or may not mean he opened/read the message you sent.  In the message dialogue if he did open your message there should be two check marks next to your last message (at least that is my understanding of that).  I would have hoped he would have responded if he did read it but there may be a chance your message got buried in a barrage of messages he may have received and never got to yours.  Just a thought but if he did read it and didn't responded then definitely ghosting you (or flaking on you if you prefer that term).

I don't see prices in RM ads that often (am somewhat surprised they allow it).  

I may be wrong, or maybe confused with RB when it was around, but I thought at one time there was a listing of rates under pornstar info section but that was some time ago.

My recollection and perception was that he is solid but perhaps not quite as muscular as his pics.  His pecs didn't seem as pronounced, if that makes sense but that is a judgement call.  I do think the picture in his ad is definitely him.
