I weighed myself this morning. Down 10.5 kgs since 20 January.

I have now lost 9 kgs and my blood pressure has gone down. I am now on the lowest dose of my blood pressure medication. I can now get comfortably into every pair of pants in my wardrobe something that hasn’t been possible for years. All very encouraging.
