all I can add to this thread is that I was in Louisville the day before the Derby in 1987 while on a cross-country vacation/road trip.....certainly wanted to see Churchill Downs while in town, so I did.....did a quick drive-by and was surprised at how tight the complex is squeezed into that older neighborhood (but I presume it was on the edge of town before houses appeared nearby when built??).....I guess it was "Oaks" day, according to @JayCeeKy 's post above.....neighbors were selling parking spaces for high prices and it was pretty busy......not liking crowds, I moved on after seeing the famous Downs http://p0.ipstatp.com/large/0059bc5df4b800a22212

the only thing about all this that might concern me is that the provider...might....balk at a specific question like, "will you cum?".....inexperienced (or even some experienced) providers might suspect a sting and hesitate to answer at all....... no expert on the Coachella Valley here, but know a bit..... do NOT stay in Desert Hot Springs....and don't go east of Palm Desert some would say there's no specific gayborhood in the area - but, rather, that the entire area is the gayborhood! I'd guess anywhere along 111 or just north of it, from downtown PS all the way to Palm Desert, would be ok, perhaps staying closer to PS than PD if there's a choice.....avoid the I-10 area - not really convenient as there are high-speed roads closer to the action (the towns) that easily whisk people (clients) around......come to think of it, Palm Desert may be too far east for some if you're hosting, some of your clients may want the anonymity of one of the huge resorts....and others won't care......you may also want to see if clients can get to your room directly without a key card or other intervening security...... others may have better ideas.....
