I'm no expert at all, but I think his number has to be in your regular general phone contacts on your phone before it can be put into Whatsapp........that has been my hassle at times...... is that the problem?? also, there's that plus-sign thing to contend with sometimes.......

I agree with dutchal....the pictures are familiar......the low-angle shower/window picture was used before and I think I remember it was borrowed/stolen/not real.......
