yes, Cora's is the breakfast place....thanks....I remember very friendly, unfussy staff and great food I figured out the fish and chips place is Comptoir 21, but the St. C. location is evidently closed and they now only seem to be in a neighborhood called Verdun on Rue Wellington.... -

What is the well-known breakfast joint on the north side of the street near Stock/Campus?? Had good luck there several mornings in a row in 2016. And fish and chips at something like "Couvier 21"??? Are they both still there?? Thanks for the update. -

I remember that! The picture of the moon on the ceiling would get bigger and bigger and the Earth would get smaller in the floor viewer! Wasn't there some sort of problem and we all had to make a hasty emergency return to Earth??!! -

I never met him, but he was much-talked about here in the forum several years ago. Lots of great ongoing comments as one of the most popular performers at NY's Gaiety (closed in 2006).
