I don't know all the details of your communication with Top UC, but consider what may've possibly caused him to block you...... he's been on RM since 2016, has 28 mostly-positive reviews, and requests "good energy only"...... I have no other information for you and I certainly did not waste my time here.....

since you are so close with him, can't you just have a friendly little chat and make these suggestions to him and let him run his own ad the way he wants?......I don't think ??? those changes would cost him anything beyond his monthly RM fee he's already paying..... I've also met providers who I really like and want to see get additional business.....but I've usually held back on giving advertising advice.....these guys are big boys now and can handle themselves......favorable reviews, forum chat, etc. may be better for them......
