just some observations: his "I Am Into"s seem very limited and certainly appear to have been deliberately selected.....and the extent of his text indicates his time is 300 (presumably 300/hr).....I may be wrong, but all this might mean he'll present options with upgrades and rates beyond his base rate.......maybe??? the three RM reviewers appear to be legit...... great stats and pictures, if accurate

here's the text from that review.....it comes from what must be one of the charter members (!) of Rentmen.....I didn't even think RM existed back in 2008!....so does that make it a legit review??!!...... He hosted me in quite old/cheap motel in a ghetto-like area of the city. When i entered the motel, i noticed almost all the doors of the rooms were fully open and didn't see any guest. We talked a little bit and he seemed nice. About 20 minutes after our session started, we heard some real loud banging of our door, with some shouting. Not once, but continuous. Fame didn't open the door, but he let me finish putting my clothes on and told me to use the backdoor & wait in my car. But our room didn't have a backdoor, so i used the same route when i went in. I waited in my car at least 15 minutes but never hear from him, so i drove back home. I was at home when i received a text message from him asking where i was and to come back. I never replied. Driving one way to his place took an hour and to go back at rush hour was a no brainer. I experienced same situation before in a quite upscale hotel where same thing happened, so i assume same modus operandi. I paid $250 for an hour and i got this scary/could be shameful situation.

on very rare occasions, I'll leave a note in the middle of my living room floor with all the pertinent information.... that way, when my friends come and break in after I don't answer calls or texts, they'll know what happened to me and who did it....

does she have the general support of the rest of the board?...... gotta say, as CEO, you really should be able to figure out (or know how to find out) what she seems to think you're doing to undermine her work.....then be able to solve it we don't know the whole story, of course.....only one side of a three-sided story....try putting yourself in her place and try to figure out what she's really thinking about you and why......

well, maybe it was all staged.....or maybe not......and maybe the car was blocking the bus lane and, therefore, the old guy needed help to get over to the curb......nice little story, I guess.....see the comments (as usual, the best part of these things!)

the entire money thing always needs to be agreed to BEFORE the meeting even happens.....tell the provider that you like to pay at the end of the meet, tell him you don't want to talk about money during the meet, then ask him if he is ok with all that.....a client may still need to flash the money to a wary provider, but keep the money in your control until the end....(even if you have to keep it in view in your pants over there on the floor!)..... this obviously only applies to clients/providers meeting for the first time.....trust, it is assumed, develops after a first meet.... no, I've never walked out of a meeting......but I've had to explain to some nervous providers at the beginning that I'm an honest guy and will pay at the end.....and they've never backed out.......
