Anybody interested in @studchaser 's comments should DM him. I believe he's sincere. The 'providers' he works with will have some limits, though, but many clients aren't bothered by that. As always, communicate and come to a mutual understanding.

A dude I met several times several years ago (has moved on, evidently) had that rough-around-the- edges, masculine, somewhat worn, you'd-never-guess vibe. Worked construction full time, stripped at Swinging Richards Atlanta occasionally. Was happy to do anything I asked and was just a cool, laid-back guy leaning very much straight, but knew the deal. I embraced the 'provider' nomenclature early on because the word 'escort' had become so obviously and comically 'wink-wink-nudge-nudge' and I thought a more discreet word should be adopted.....'provider' is much more neutral, generic, respectful, and safer-sounding from a legal angle......of course, the word 'escort' was appropriated several decades ago to discreetly cover up what was really going on and, now, has lost much of its historic meaning......
