  1. we all really mean "near-hit", of course!.......a near-miss would be an actual hit, right??!!
  2. my method of image search turned up zilch, but, yeah, certainly appears TGTBT.......one very generic picture that looks very easily plucked from some tumblr-like page doesn't bode well......but maybe?......
  3. gee, how did I miss this thread?...... no expert, but have visited several times since childhood.....fantastic city: solid midwestern friendliness blended with big-city sophistication......summer is best! the architecture is, of course, legendary.....several tour companies available, but this may be the best: https://www.architecture.org/tours/detail/chicago-architecture-center-river-cruise-aboard-chicago-s-first-lady/ I took it a few years ago and the woman narrator spoke for 90 minutes straight....at the end, we went out onto the lake away from the city and, as the boat turned around to face the city, I remember the narrator raised both her arms high in a "glorious" somewhat-melodramatic salute to the skyscrapers.....admittedly, that view was incredible...... rent a bike from one of several sidewalk stands downtown and ride the bike path along the lake....I rode up to Evanston, then down to Jackson Park to see the site of the famous 1893 World's Fair, the "White City".....the well-known Museum Of Science And Industry is all that remains of the fairgrounds..... have also been to the exact site of Mrs. O'Leary's barn (but don't believe how the fire started!), the very spot where Dillinger was gunned down, and the site of the famous Union Stockyards ("Hog Butcher For (To) The World")...... so much more: the "L" trains rattling overhead (what a classic sound), Marshall Fields (now a Macy's), Chicago Art Institute, Wrigley Field, Navy Pier (actually was not wowed by it), Grant Park and Millennium Park (The Bean area is apparently closed for park renovation thru spring of 2024), pizza, cheeburgers (!), walking the river, the many neighborhoods, Shedd Aquarium.......
  4. I'm currently going to a professional at his house for waxing and trimming who I found on craigslist a couple or three years ago......very grateful that he charges by the hour rather than by the "service"!.......as needed and requested, he waxes my full back and trims my leg hair.......a year or two ago, just to see what it'd be like, I decided for the first time to have him fully wax all over "down there" front/middle/back except for a neatened patch of trimmed pubes in the usual spot above the shaft......it was incredibly painful and he said I was the worst screamer, swear-er, moaner he'd ever worked on......it went on a long time, but I was happy with the results......I waited several months for another "manzilian" and it was not quite as painful....I'm now going to only wait a few weeks before doing it again and will see if that makes it all less painful....hair has to be at least one-eighth inch long for wax to work, he said..... tried shaving the balls myself at home and just ended up with a bunch of bloody nicks because of all the wrinkles down there....and it's hard to see all the nooks and crannies..... and I've tried Nair for men, but, again, hard to see all around the crevices down there...... paying for a professional to wax it all and who can get right in there and maneuver around is worth it to me.....it's like getting a haircut: the neat, clean, cooler, groomed feel is nice.....
  5. glad you're back @Funguy .....in the above, did you mean "wait ten minutes" instead of "hit ten minutes"?.......and what do you wipe with in the shower?....just any old hand towel?....or?......does it burn (or not?) and is not suggested for certain areas?......thanks

  7. No "I'm into" section at all. This is deliberate and leaves the provider lots of wiggle room to decide what he'll do at a meet. He may not be an utter scam, but clients need to realize this and discuss likely limits with him beforehand in a respectful and professional manner.
  8. write to Tim!......contact info is laying around somewhere here!
  9. grammar nazi that I am, my thought of the day is that the comma isn't needed.....commas are to separate clauses, create lists, etc., not to create dramatic pauses.......
  10. that old thread on him for anybody else who may find themselves in the Lion City..... https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/113215-411-on-goldenboygabbri-from-italy/

  12. nice little (about five minutes to read) history about the old legend that Eskimos put their old and unproductive out on the ice floe and shove them off to die: Did Eskimos put their elderly on ice floes to die? WWW.STRAIGHTDOPE.COM A STAFF REPORT FROM THE STRAIGHT DOPE SCIENCE ADVISORY BOARD
  13. I see you gave him four stars instead of five. In the olden days, that would still be very good! Nowadays in this internet-review era, most treat that as zero stars! Jeez. He looks scorching in the pictures.
  14. looked around at youtube for related stuff......I swear I haven't heard this theme song since I was seven or eight!.......
  15. I'm wondering if Tim is now having to let some of the guys wear a thong or underwear in order to find talent and/or entice them to even show up.....it used to be a solid rule that all had to be naked and only the occasional superstar or "I don't really do this"-kinda guy was allowed to keep something on.......

  17. wow, @ICTJOCK , that first one looks like it could be on a Xmas card (except for the pesky car in the way!).......great shot with the snow falling and all......the practical picture evaluator in me wonders, though, what that one strip of no snow is from?!....did you scrape a path to take the picture?......or to get to the mailbox?....thanks for the pictures
  18. Look up "reading between the lines" in the dictionary and this should be example #1: https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/147314-411-on-nineindomphdtall-in-nyc-cautious/
  19. wow, incredible talent and energy there.....I hope those judges sitting stoically there gave him first place!......this must be the one to watch if Samoan expert Danny picked it to post!!
  20. definitely not the Kodak Hula Show from decades ago!......gee, pretty revealing little nothings the dudes barely have on there!......one or two of them have nothing but a thong string in the back and that one dude has a much larger front than all the others....hmmmm!
