I use cash only in this industry. I’d have no problem with a deposit in some circumstances if there were an easy and secure way to do it anonymously.   

With a masseur, I do not expect or request kissing. I accept it as a treat and tip accordingly. For other providers, not kissing is a dealbreaker.

I had one who went off on crazy conspiracy theories (alien cats founded ancient Egypt, milk is made of human blood, stuff like that) and got pissed off when I talk him I didn’t want to talk during my session.
