The taps from thousands of miles away are usuall bots. They hack the location function so it's not working properly. Often you will look at them 10 minutes later and the distance has changed some impossible amount. But there is also a function to look at profiles in another city, so it could be a real person who will be visiting and using that. But it's probably a bot trying to get you to follow an outside link to a pay website or some malware that will take over your phone, so in general block and move on.

I went there. It's better than the last place in that it's not as narrow, but it's still pretty snug for the number of people. But what's Tim supposed to do realistically? He needs a certain number of dancers to make sure people come, and there need to be a certain number of clients to ensure the dancers can make money. I really doubt there are any larger venues that aren't in buildings that don't want this type of business. Short of making it a truly private guest-list-only event with a high admission, I don't see the limitations of the current setup being able to be addressed. NYC is not friendly to this business at all and we're lucky to get what we get.

It gets a little confusing that some of the dancers introduce themselves by something other than the stage name Tim picks for them...like I'm pretty sure Drago told me he was Ivan....
