Regarding airplanes: a) a lot of planes are far from full these days, and b)the ventilation on airplanes results in the air being exchanged multiple times per hour, which further reduces risk.

Well I'm not interested in them either, but trans men(not all obviously) tend to go for a look I don't find appealing. Regarding the vagina my understanding was that most don't have bottom surgery because it's just not that advanced. It's much harder to construct a penis than a vagina.

I suppose I wouldn't say absolutely not, but being FTM tends to correlate with things in conflict with my sexual tastes(tattoos,piercings,vaginas, etc). It's not inconceivable that I could find one I'd be attracted to and want to date, but odds are low right off the bat.

Well, those who undergo transition have a lower suicide rate than trans people who can't, so on that measure alone it seems to be "better." That's my argument when people say "well we shouldn't alter the body to treat a psychological issue." At the present time, affirmation surgery IS the most successful treatment. So one doesn't even really need to understand or "approve of" someone's decision to undergo the process, the data shows it's lifesaving.
