My advice to visitors is always this: You don't go to KW for beautiful beaches.

They're all man-made, the water quality isn't fantastic and there's a lot of seaweed year-round. It's because of the way the island curves into the ocean. Ft Zach is probably the nicest of the bunch, but don't go expecting Miami Beach or a Caribbean look.

My advice is to book an afternoon on the BluQ, have Capt Steve and Mo take you out to a beautiful sandbar, get naked, swim, drink, eat, make some new friends. It's a nice way to spend the day.

The Reach is very nice. The pool is great and they have their own beach which is great and there is bar service at the beach and pool. And it's right by Ana's Cuban Cafe and Southernmost beach cafe.

And i agree you definitely don't need a car. I rented one once when they banned ubers but it was a waste; more trouble than it was worth.

It might be. Sin (the back bar) is open, but last time I was there, there were only a couple other people. I am pretty sure there are no dancers working there. There's some activity at Menjo's, on 6 Mile west of Woodward; there are a couple other bars associated with Menjo's now.

some of my favorite places in key west include: Cafe Sole', Blue Heaven for Lobster Benedict, Banana Cafe, Cafe Marquesa, Ana's Cuban Deli and Southernmost Beach Cafe - small but nice beach here. and theres always Bourbon St. Pub for dancing boys at night.

I was there last weekend (as well as first weekend in January) and both weekends: Johnson's Club was crowded both with patrons and 30+ dancers. It only costs $10 for the entire evening to take dancers to the lap dance curtained cubicles. You do get the wrist band, so you are only charged one time for the evening, no matter how many dancers or times you go back to the cubicles. The curtains now have to remain open 5-6 inches in the center but its hard for anyone in the main stage room to see inside, plus they are facing the other direction towards the stage and dance pole. The cost paid to the dancer is $20 per song.
There is also a $10 entrance fee charged if you arrive around 9pm, with reduced drink prices- beer and mixed drinks prior to 9pm.
There were a wide range of dancer body types and really beautiful dancers there. I like the venue much better than Boardwalk or LeBoys.

I started a new thread, just to update this information for those that had questions about Johnson's in other older threads asking for current status.

I was there last weekend (first weekend of February as well as first weekend in January) and both weekends: Johnson's Club was crowded both with patrons and 30+ dancers. You do get the wrist band, so you are only charged one time for the evening, no matter how many dancers or times you go back to the cubicles. The cost paid to the dancer is $20 per song and the partially open curtain did not put dent in the fun.
There is also a $10 entrance fee charged if you arrive around 9pm, with reduced drink prices- beer and mixed drinks prior to 9pm. Mixed drinks are good size and strong. Bartenders are organized and real nice.

There were a wide range of dancer body types and really beautiful dancers there. I like the venue much better than Boardwalk or LeBoys. Also Johnsons in The Place for male strip in Ft. Lauderdale and has hurt the other two male strip bars. There is a fairly quick rotation of the dancers with about 4-5 at one time on the main room stage/pole at one time and then one dancer on the side room bar/stage with a pole. The dancers work the room for tips, but are not pushy at all about lap dances.

I was at Johnson's last weekend and yes the curtains were about 5-6 inches open but that did not inhibit the dancers and the fun to be had with them in the five lap dance cubicles. There must have been 30+ dancers there this last weekend Friday and Saturday, and similar number when I was there the first weekend of January. There are a range of dancers' builds.

The bartenders are nice. There is $10 entrance fee beginning about 8-9 pm at night. The lap dance fee is only $10 for the whole night and you wear a band to show that you have been in a lap, to not be charged again. Wearing the lap dance band notices the dancers that you are interested. I didn't find the dancers to be pushy. The drinks are $8 each and good size.
I have found Johnson's more fun and with really a good choice of hot, good looking guys, of various build types- more than previous times at Boardwalk or LeBoys.

For me the stand out dancer both in January and last weekend was Alexander, who is muscular, ripped, beautiful but not a big muscular guy. He also does a great routine on the main stage or on the side bar stage both on the pole and his sexy movements and dancing.

i went to Johnsons on Friday 1/25. I did notice that the curtain wasnt totally closed and mentioned it to the dancer and he just said no one can see in anyway. I didnt think any more about it. Had some fun times back there. The guys i met with were
    all very friendly.

I'd be willing to bet the fellow in this video has training in modern dance. If I wanted to tag an existing thread it was either this one or gymnasts ... :

who is interested in discussing dancers at the clubs in NYC? There are many guys that I enjoy having a lapdance with and others that are very disappointing when paying for a lapdance. Would be good to have a place to share experiences

he is a nice looking young man. I'm glad he hasn't gone overboard (IMO) with tats. I don't like tats on: hands, face or neck.

The DJs aren't as annoying to me as the drag queens are. The most irritating thing is when they think their mundane "private" conversation with someone is worthy of them using the mic thinking we all are hanging on every word. LeBoy is the biggest offender on this one.

As for music, I've often wondered why they don't realize the music should appeal to the customer not the dancers. The 70 somethings in the crowd probably aren't the biggest Nikki Minaj fans. The guy at Johnsons in Fort Lauderdale seems to get that at least a little. He varies it up.

I'm gonna say it depends on the guy. If its someone i find interesting beyond his physique than i am just fine with vanilla muscle worship. But even
with someone i find interesting i do loose interest if they don't ever let me worship the forbidden fruit.
