Respectfully - nobody reads that many words. I’ve found it useful in an attempt to be concise. Can you say it differently? Make it shorter? Less sophisticated? Don’t use that word please etc.

Respectfully - you are starting off by eliminating the main location people tend to go to be hit on. I’m not a fan of bars either, but bars in higher end hotels are hard to beat. Folks are typically friendly, you chime in on a conversation, pretty soon everyone is conversing.

I think it comes down to if you look like a tourist, or not. If you look uncomfortable, lost, confused. I always use google to map out where I’m going, look at street views, what’s nearby, a Hilton or Marriott, decent restaurants? If there isn’t much recognizable in a block or two….I pass.

I’m not giving up all my secrets But it’s actually I think the least complicated approach? It requires one text from myself, and a yes or no from them. I think one reason it works is I’m an early bird, so it gives them the rest of the night off or to do whatever.

I’ve experienced this as well. I think it has something to do with the 37 different vitamins, potions, protein shakes etc. they down in a day.

I don’t ever ask a rate. I give some details about myself, where I will be, and what I’m willing to donate. I set the terms, they can choose to accept or decline. I do it this way because I’m a grown ass man.

I think they should have a little card like subway used to offer, you put the stamps on it per purchase. Fill up the card and get a free 12 incher.
