  1. Those of you that watch college football, have you noticed a trend between plays how the camera seems to find more and more nice looking hunks in the student section? I noticed twice yesterday, first the Wisconsin game, and later the Nebraska game, the camera switched to handsome young studs with nice physiques. It seemed obvious they were waiting for the opportunity to show hunks they had already spotted as worthy, one with a tank top, gorgeous face, shoulders and biceps, and the other stripped to the waist, a perfect torso. Sadly as summer turns to fall, these opportunities may diminish. For now I'm looking forward to next weekend.
  2. Died Thursday in LA with family at his side, 83. "Serendipity, that's the story of my life."
  3. A masseur in Long Beach I booked long time ago and another in OC, not all that for apart from each other, were so bad, I wonder how they still keep going. Just awful. But they do, somehow. Their pictures are very misleading. Their technique really lacks anything close to adequate. Their apartments were not exactly inviting.
  4. Well no I did not. 🤣🤣🤣 Do you have a link? A client in Florida was murdered by a provider's boyfriend. The BF was the jealous type with anger issues. You can find it if you Google Aaron Michael Dobbins. The client's hands were tied behind his back and was shot in the back of the head. Took years to solve the murder. But yeah I see no benefit telling anyone about a massage appointment. Wouldn't prevent anything. Yes, you could leave some breadcrumbs for the police to follow if you go missing. Clients that want to be dominated, tied up, slapped around or book 4 hand might think more about doing so. I try sticking with really sweet masseurs. ❤️
  5. I let the red flags posted on this board help guide me. And I make sure the posts are from seasoned members. Beyond that, if the communication is spotty or unprofessional I move on. If the communication is polite and clear, that is a good sign. I once had a session with a guy that didn't really seem like he was there. But I decided to give him another chance. When I arrived for my 2nd massage he didn't recall booking me. He offered to schedule a free massage another time but when I got in touch he wasn't able to recall me. I understand that drug use is common in these parts and I decided that may explain this provider. That said, I understand many on the board would disagree. But for me, drug use is my personal red flag.
  6. I've had 3 masseurs hint around that they would like to hang out. One was straight but I'm sure for all 3 of them it was merely that they would enjoy being friends. I suppose there's no harm in asking a provider though I think of the Seinfeld episode where his GF was a masseuse and he kept trying to get her to give him a free massage. @traveler09 I wonder how excited your provider would be when knowing there is no $$ reward at the end. It could seem to him like he is giving up a paying client. I guess you could drop a few hints and see what happens. Or just continue being a favorite client.
  7. Did he tell you "Outcall Only" ?
  8. You guys' discussion about whether a provider really called you ugly followed by the above link led me to a video that was preceded by this ad below. Initially I thought the ad was the intended video until I noticed the "skip ad" button. Anyone else? But either way....enjoy....or not.
  9. My pharmacy had an Rx ready and while there told me I could get the latest COVID vaccine and the RSV vaccine. There doesn't appear to be a separate thread for RSV vaccine so will mention it here. I had some of the common RSV vaccine reactions according to what is found on the appropriate Websites fatigue fever pain and redness around the injection I have never had side effects from the COVID vaccine so I attribute my situation to the RSV. However that is merely a logical guess.
  10. What purpose would telling anyone serve? That wouldn't prevent much. For me, it would be a massage provider. And no I don't tell anyone. I let guidance from this forum help decide if booking someone new. I usually feel pretty safe. That said, it's important to trust your gut and make sure the guidance on the forum is from a long standing member.
  11. Tattoos on the face is a growing trend. So unattractive to me. I will never get a tattoo. However I acknowledge it is a worldwide practice. Here to stay.
  12. I checked ticket prices for Luis Miguel in Vegas. 😮 Would love to see him, but... No way will I pay to drive over there, pay for a hotel, pay for parking and then pay the huge ticket price and a big fee on top. Yet the shows are selling. The demand is there. Billie Eilish may need to adjust her pricing expectations.
  13. Excited to see the post that Hollinghurst has a new book. Equally excited Edmund White has a new book. Release date Jan 28th
  14. There is a more severe strain spreading, with higher morbidity vs. the 2022 outbreak. Monkeypox was the name 1st used but has been replaced.
  15. The outbreak of a more severe M-pox strain spreading in Democratic Republic of Congo, is cause for international concern according to Doctors Without Borders and the WHO Websites. Here is a CBS news report from Chicago. The doctor recommended the vaccine if in the risk group criteria defined by the CDC. The doctor also defined the current risk as low. I expect she meant the risk to viewers in the Chicago area. WHO declares mpox global health emergency. What should you know? WWW.CBSNEWS.COM The World Health Organization has declared mpox a global public health emergency for the second time in two years. Dr. Shivanjali...
  16. Visiting a Shakey's Pizza in Iowa that had Dixieland jazz piano and banjo. Customers sang along. Now the only remaining stores in the US are on the West Coast.
  17. A Long Beach friend caught COVID on a recent Alaska cruise. She is back on her feet but sounds terrible, the cough and congestion.
  18. The COVID going around SoCal has a very high fever. Chest congestion/ cough lingers a few weeks to a month. At least this is what I observe. Might be worth getting the latest vaccine unless you don't mind getting kicked in the butt for a few days followed by a lingering cough. Full disclosure, I am not a medical expert
  19. May I ask... Did you wrongfully assume not able to book an incall because it was a gated community or because it wasn't your home, or a combination of the two? What changed your mind about being able to hire there at a gated community? Sounds like an incall at that particular location was a missed opportunity to reconnect with him. If that's true, does it matter whether he blocked you?
  20. I find it a little incongruent how someone is willing to travel all the way to Burbank to provide massage, yet is so tricky to communicate with. He advertised massage in Laguna in the past. I tried very pleasant, no pressure communication. Would love to have booked with him. But in the end I sense he never showed up in town. "You do you." Whatever works. He probably does more than good business without me as a client. Some guys can afford to be incongruent.
  21. Has anyone tried yet? rentmasseur .com/Hotmassage_male? Pics are nice😍

  23. A masseur used a massage gun device on me. It made this clackity-clappity-clacking percussive noise and didn't feel at all enjoyable. I figured it was just the beginning, that the massage would transition to something better. But the massage gun phase continued on and on and on. Clack-clap-clackity-clackity-clack. Too bad. He was this super hot looking guy. More recently I arrived at a session with another provider and noticed his massage gun. I told him not to use it. The massage sucked anyway, and not in a good way. So what exactly is the selling point of a massage gun? Does anyone appreciate the massage gun technique? Why?
  24. I've transitioned to buying CD's on the Vanguard and Fidelity Websites. My last Citibank CD expires soon. For now I'm consolidating and may drop my accounts there. With all the CD rules and other unique requirements and fee structures the banks and credit unions have, for me it is a good time to choose an easier path.
  25. Good point. Couples often meet through friends. Perhaps a good way to practice intimacy is begin by paying attention to how we treat friends and other acquaintances. Takes some work but not too hard. It can be simple. However I sense the OP idea of intimacy might not be the same as how I look at it.
