Just got back from Tokyo and I would add on to my previous list and recommend from Namwa: Kento, Gaito, and Sabito.
Gaito is now my all time favorite so far. Best in terms of massage skill and sensuality throughout. Older brother vibes indeed!
Kento would be my second pick for his good looks and his massage.
Sabito has a softer massage, but very refreshing ending.
There were also some new guys on the utagane website. Would recommend trying them out too because they host at a private apartment without other guests, so they usually are free to go the extra mile. Haven't had a bad experience here yet, but a few at namwa were total misses.

Regarding the bare minimum question - yes.  Why advertise on RentMasseur at all.

I agree I tip on mostly spa and other establishments but only a few times on masseurs on RM and MF. 
I still resent a 200 rate for a 60 minute massage lol since I’m more of the actually massage and if something happens after it’s a bonus! (It takes 2 to tango)
 
Honestly, my frequency of getting massages has gone down 50% not sure if I’m the only one. I can afford it still it’s just more of the value for what you are actually paying for. Coz that’s a nice f*cking dinner for two at a nice LA restaurant for 200 so I need to get my moneys worth 😊

I was in the area this weekend, so I decided to take a shot. Legit massage, but surprisingly good for a parlor. The vibe was not my favorite -- it was one of those parlors where everyone is just divided by curtains, so it was louder than I like it to be. (I suspect the busy vibe also contributed to the lack of extras -- I got a few knowing grazes from my masseur, but nothing more than that.) But my masseur was great, absolutely kicked my butt in the best possible way. Happy to discuss further over PM if anyone's interested in hearing more!

Offering an alternate perspective here as as I have seen Cody twice. I definitely agree he is very skinny, but I am into that.  While English is certainly not his first language, I did not have any trouble communicating with him. He has understood all of my questions and answered them, even though he isn’t always speaking in complete sentences.
As for the experience, I usually do the 30 min body scrub plus 60 min massage, which I find really enjoyable. I do agree that it was not the best massage ever, but I would still give the massage itself maybe a 6/10. He starts with very mediocre pressure, but once he gets oil on the skin the pressure amps up quite a bit. I think if he cut down the pre-oil portion (some masseurs are great at it, but he isn’t) that would improve the experience. Whole experience is about a 8/10 for me personally… I will note that my second visit was better than my first, I probably wouldn’t have rated it as highly after my first time.
As for the experience checking in and making an appointment, I think it has improved a lot since pre-2020. You used to not even be able to request someone because they insisted on rotating staff at random, but now when you call they will tell you who is working and let you request. I will absolutely be coming back here and trying some of the other masseurs. There is probably a bit of trial and error required to find the good ones.

Google says that some of the spas mentioned on this forum are 20-25 minutes by rideshare from HND. I understand if it were NRT it would be a much different story.

He asked that I take a COVID test before I went since I’d be going into his home, and once I showed him my negative result and he showed me his, he said we could take our masks off. It was the first time I got to see how handsome he was in addition to having a very sexy build. 
 
We started off with him giving me a light rubdown in his shower, then we wrapped ourselves in towels and went into the bedroom where he had the massage table set up. I saw him regularly (and exclusively) for several more months until he moved across the country to live with his sister. After he left I went looking to recreate the magic with a new provider and that’s how I came across masseurfinder, then rentmasseur, and eventually this forum. 

I learned that 90210 in Tempe recently changed ownership. So yeah, nothing lasts too long around here.

I was in the area recently and gave 90210 a try. Luke no longer works there (according to the lady on the phone). I got Mark instead (50-60 yo) who gave a very standard massage. But to be fair his hands had good strength.
