    As I've said I have met Kai and found him generally fine. One point in general I'd like to make. I've hired "board darlings" who seemed to be extolled here who I had terrible experiences with and I've hired others who weren't liked by some posters who I had a terrific time with. So I encourage you not to "blacklist" someone just by some posts here. Keep an open mind.

    That's not how it works. First, on Grindr, a no reply is considered a polite way of saying not interested without coming out and saying it. Second, referring you to their ads is a violation of Grindr's TOS and could get them kicked off.

    Bozo is correct. State sentencing is not relevant in any way for a federal charge. Federal sentencing guidelines do not in any way vary from state to state. Cardio is ill informed.
