Okay, here's the 411 on Azat.
I met him in San Francisco. He's been living in the Bay Area for less than six months, but he told me he prefers Los Angeles because he finds people there friendlier.
For anyone wondering, he's from Turkey, not Iran, despite what someone else claimed in another post. He's apparently single and works as a personal trainer. When he's not seeing clients through the RM site, he drives for Uber.
His English isn't very strong, so there were several times when he misunderstood what I was saying, and communication could be a bit challenging. His stats on the site aren't accurate either. His stats were too flattering on the RM site, but one can pretty much notice that by paying attention to his pictures. Despite being willing to share basic information about himself, he's generally very private and quiet.
He required a two-hour minimum, and his rate isn't cheap. Many reviews describe him as a nice guy, and I'd agree—he seemed a kind person. He doesn't drink or smoke. He likes to take care of his body.
Would I see him again? No.
He answered all of my questions before we met, so I thought I had a good idea of what to expect. He describes himself as bisexual, though I came away with the impression that he may be more interested in women. That's just my personal impression, not something he explicitly said.
He only plays safe, so if that's not what you're looking for, he's probably not a good match. Aside from kissing, he doesn't enjoy giving other forms of oral. He only receives it. He enjoys having his body worshipped.

Advertises on Rent Men as HeavenHands.  Says he accepts only cash, no electronic payments, which is good with me.  He spells out his routine, a combination of timed massage, body contact, and erotic, with "free" finish.  Sounded like something I would like, but the experience turned out to be just plain weird. 
First was the scheduling.  I messaged him on RM and asked his rates.  A day later, I got a message back with an hourly rate for incall; no mention of out calls or tiered times or upcharges.  Sounded fine, so I asked about availability.  he asked what time I wanted.  I told him, he said okay, then immediately started negotiating for a later time.  I said I could do the time he suggested, but that didn't stop him from continuing to negotiate a different, midway, time.  After a few of these, just reiterated I'd be there at the time he first wanted.  Seemed a little flaky or unstable to me.  
Second, the lack of preparedness.  After agreeing to a later time, I arrived at his hotel to find messages from him 15 minutes earlier saying he thought he saw me (how? he had no idea what I looked like) and was in the lobby.  Messaged him back for the room number and he didn't give it to me, just told me the floor.  Got up there and no one.  Messaged him again and he popped out into the hall about halfway down and beckoned me.  Went to the room to find it wasn't made up, i.e. he hadn't prepped even given an extra hour.  Clothing, packages, and personal items everywhere.  Cleaned off a part of table for my things. Took time out of my paid time to put a fresh sheet on the bed and clean up in the bathroom.  When I asked to use the restroom, he didn't want to vacate, instead holding my penis (NEVER had anyone do that before, EVER) while I tried to urinate--didn't work for me, so ended up skipping it and went on to the bed for massage.   He had his dog (which smelled like wet dog) in the room and never once asked if that was okay or if I was allergic--these days, I would think anyone would know to ask.
Third, he never stopped talking the entire time I was there.  Very distracting subject matter and not calming to me (even though I usually like a bit of conversation).  The massage itself was limited to my legs and rougher than I would like.  Then some stretches that hurt a bit.  Spent too much time doing the same things over and over because, he finally said, I wasn't relaxed enough.  Didn't say that, though, until he had used up most of my time.  Then, he asked how much time I wanted, which I thought had been settled when I booked.  Told him I hadn't brought much extra money with me (I don't generally carry more cash than I need when I see a rent guy), but had enough for an extra 15 minutes (seemed ridiculous that he would even hustle me for so short a time).  At one point, he told me he wasn't a sexual person (which I can confirm) and doesn't react to physical stimulus the way most people do [paraphrasing].  He went through his final routine and arranged himself over me in reverse (to put it discreetly, but use your imagination--nice view, btw).  I don't generally respond to HE, but he tried without success.  Then the time was up.
When I went to pay him, he asked if I had an electronic payment form (I don't).  This was odd, since he had said upfront cash only.  I told him I had enough cash for the extra time we had agreed on.  Then, he told me there was an upcharge which he had not disclosed before or during the session.  He said he didn't want to mention it because he didn't want to spoil the mood.  I told him how much I could offer and asked if that would be okay.  No.  I was supposed to know that there would be charges for anything not specifically described in his ad.  This is where he turned insulting and unkind, totally negating any positive effect of the body work.  Finally counted out all the money I had and gave it to him, turned out to be only $5 less than he demanded.  This session ended up costing me as much as a full service rent man would be, without the full service!  Felt really awkward and uncomfortable, but it didn't seem to faze him at all.  Then, he walked me down to the lobby, which was unwelcome and a bit creepy.  By the time I got to my car, he had sent me a message that not saying goodby wasn't cool.  Again, weird, since we had done goodbyes in the room.  Never have I ever had another rent guy insist on taking me down to the lobby or send me a message like that afterward.
On the plus side, he has the most beautiful flawless skin I've ever seen and all the right muscles in the right places makes for a vision (if that's all you want at premium prices, but be sure not to touch).  He told me he's actually 37 but claims 25 in his ad.  He could pass, but it seems unnecessarily deceptive to deduct 12 years from his actual age, especially given the number of years of experience he claims in the ad don't calculate with the age given.
In short, I wouldn't repeat and suggest you avoid.  Putting together the odd talk and behavior, I'd say the guy has some mental issues and might possibly become scary if triggered.
ALSO NOTE:  This provider has dozens of reviews, most of which are more than 5 years old.  Although the average score is 5 stars, there are a number of low reviews--the way both RM sites calculate stars, after a certain number of high reviews are posted, low reviews have no effect.
