No show for me. Texted him on Sunday and he said he was booked through Tuesday. Booked something for Wednesday, gave him my address and directions and he replied with, "lmk if anything changes". Sent him a text an hour before we were to meet telling him I snagged a parking spot for him right outside my building. No response and no show at appointment time.
UPDATE: Later in the day, he texted that he had broke his screen the night before and couldn't see or respond to anything. Apologized and asked if I'd like to reschedule. Unfortunately, it was my only time available.

Glad I took the plunge! James is a great find. Responsive within in an hour and text communication beforehand to manage expectations was honest and up front. He's on the pricier side (for me,) but glad I treated myself. Offers either therapeutic or sensual/erotic options. His Upper eastside apartment was easy to get to via 2/3 Subway. Great table set up, apartment clean and nicely appointed with his own modern artwork! Great skills and extras COM members will appreciate. I’ve seen him, and the experience was great. He was responsive; looks like his pictures and his stats on Rentmasseur are reflected in person.  
He definitely has massage skills, and his technique was great (in my opinion). He is outcall only, but he brings his table, which is big and sturdy, and he brought all the things needed. I asked for a therapeutic massage with an erotic blend, and I got exactly what I was hoping for. In all cases, YMMV.   
He’s in the DC area for a while, so I plan to see him again.  

Louis is one of those guys who has been on my favorites list forever but haven’t gotten around to seeing until now. And boy, I’ve been missing out all this time. He has a great space in Buckhead that’s easy to find with secure parking. Once you’re there, his studio is calm and relaxing. The massage is done on a professional table with fresh linens. And did I mention that Louis is handsome AF? As I followed him into his apartment I couldn’t help but notice his strong legs. But once I was on the table, I discovered how strong the rest of his body is as well. His hands are well-trained and he has the strength to provide the firm touch I requested. At the beginning of our session, Louis asked about any areas we needed to target and he did not disappoint as he made sure to spend time on an area of my bicep that has been giving me discomfort. In all, Louis provided the perfect combination of therapeutic and sensual massage experience for me.
In-call rates offered via text were 200 for 60 mins, 250 for 90 mins.  I took the 90 min option.  I'd estimate an hour+ of that time was spent on therapeutic massage and the remainder was sensual and cleanup time.  For me it was a good value and I'll be back.

I saw him recently and I have to agree my experience almost exactly matched the previous comment. During the massage, he stretched me and massaged me in different stretched positions and that made the massage feel more relaxing and engaging. We had a good connection and it was sweet to be with him afterwards. Definitely worth a revisit when he comes back. 

Good communication and prompt responses via text, which I appreciated. The massage was not on a table (I knew this beforehand); it was on a bed. I went ahead and booked a session because I had read some positive comments here.
He is not formally trained, but he has a good technique and makes an effort to cover the whole body, even the palms of your hands, which is not very common, even with trained masseurs. I do think he could upgrade the cream he uses for massage, as it did not feel like the best.
He has a nice body, with good pecs, biceps, and a very nice bubble ass. His body is smooth, but he shaves the crotch area. I personally prefer natural or trimmed.
I enjoyed the session. He was not overly chatty, and the sensual elements were present. When he flips you over, there is still some massage, but it gets more sensual. I was not shorted on time, although I can see how if there is no connection, it could end a little after the flip / you finish. 
We had a very good connection, things went a little further, and we were both happy at the end. I would hire him again for a sensual, playful session, not for a technically good massage where I need true body work.
