Is it a way to PREVENT from having an intimate relationship or a way of dealing with the impossible task of finding one ?🤔
It’s a way to prevent it.

y. I see a therapist to help work out these things. She doesn’t think I’m aromantic, but she thinks I have a sex addiction.
She could be right. Often, having promiscuous sex is a way to prevent having an intimate personal relationship. Kissing can enhance the illusion of intimacy with someone you know will not be around in the morning (or in 20 minutes). And frequency of the sex act isn’t what determines sex addiction; acting out takes many forms, including porn, masturbation, failing at relationships, app cruising, street cruising, daydreaming, etc. Hope she helps you out.

queer" indeed means strange or different and describes things that are not the norm. The alphabet soup of groups included in the modern GBLT+ now represents the normal attitudes of society
Nah, American society remains heteronormative. If wishes were horses…

Them's fighting words. I prefer to call someone a human, and not a strange human. The "+" includes the few letters that are left, so all we humans are in that group.
Queer merely denotes a sexual or gender identity that does not correspond to established ideas of sexuality and gender, especially heterosexual norms. Diversity embraces difference. Assimilation is anti-humanist.

Diversity means ALL people.
Nope. Not cruel, abusive, abhorrent people. Diversity means all immutable characteristics.

Well...no.
Since I was BORN bisexual I needed to CHOOSE a "lifestyle". I didn't turn gay when I was dating men. I didn't turn straight when I married my wife.
Well…no.
You are queer. You are living a queer life.
And, you just confirmed it. A style can be changed. Your bisexuality can’t.
(queer = lgbtqia+)

Wow, wow, wow! Saw him yesterday. He chose to stay in a seedy hotel because it was close to the venue where the concert was held that brought him to my city initially. But is the single negative or semi-negative comment I'd ever make about him. The pics are 100% accurate. His "stats" are 100% accurate. He is VERY WELL HUNG. Very tall and lean. I told him what I wanted in advance, which included things not in his "likes" and he he said "OK" in our texts. He then delivered all without reminder. I am not someone who normally seeks out a power top but he definitely fit that bill. I'm still sore a day later! Could not recommend him more. He promised to come back to see me in a few weeks. Is from Sydney. Very nice guy on top of being a hot sex machine.
Physically not my type, but wow-wow-wow sure is a recommendation! 😊

I don’t like the whole idea that there are reasons people are gay or become gay. It goes against the born this way philosophy in my opinion. If people think there are reasons for being or becoming gay, people might think there are ways to not become gay or ways to become straight. Which makes it seem like being gay is a lifestyle choice, which we all know it isn’t.
Quite right. And the whole “absent father/clingy mother” thing is so 1952. The only thing that nurturing has to do with sexual identity (which isn’t binary but exists along a spectrum) is the degree to which one grows to accept, fear, reject, enjoy, deny or embrace it.

I meant I chose not to live with a same sex partner. I prefer a mainstream lifestyle with a little fun on the side. You may be born with a degree of inclination toward same sex attraction but what you DO about that is indeed a choice.
But being in a profound relationship with a same-sex partner is a gay life, not “a gay lifestyle.” Being vegan or a hiker or sober - or celibate - is a lifestyle. Being gay is who you are, not what you do.

I dabbled in being gay and decided against the lifestyle
It’s 2024, and still the ludicrous fiction of a “gay lifestyle” is being used!

Are there studies exploring why some brothers turn out to be straight?
Using heterosexuality as the benchmark, from which gay people deviate, is a problem.

Also, in his profile he says he’s “st8 acting,” which means clueless (and I don’t mean he’s just inept with abbreviations).
Too bad, given that excellent body. 🙁 -

his close friendship with a German-Moroccan bodybuilder and kickboxer
Actually it’s three German-Moroccan kickboxer brothers who Mohammed hangs with, but yes, Abubakr Abu Azaitar is by far his favorite. (He’s got 2 million followers on IG.) Mo divorced the wife several years ago.

These days also KSA ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) with the new king MBS, headscarfs / hijab ( or what my mom likes to call the beepers suit / zorro) - is not legally required to be worn by women.
Nice that MBS will let the ladies go hijab-less, but he’ll still order you cut to pieces with a bone saw if you piss him off. Tolerance has its limits, meaning you do not possess bodily autonomy in that backward hellhole.

Yes, incest often manifests within situations of abuse.
