1) Ignore the talk about B1/B2 visas. B1/B2 is a tourist or business visa, and does not give the holder the right to live in the United States, but only to stay (typically) for 180 days. Requiring the assistance of an American undermines this and worsens their chances of receiving a visa. 3) Consult an LGBT-focused immigration/refugee group like Rainbow Railroad. RR works in Ukraine. They are experts in law, can assess your situation with your full details and an understanding of the law, and give you advice that is useful. In any event, get legal advice from legal experts, not wikisourced from bulletin boards with unknown experience or qualifications to advise. 4) @Kylostar, delete the RM profile.

(i.e., "Thigh/quads bulge unusually and asymmetrically in white bike shorts," or "Right arm is misshapen and different resolution in Irish jersey," or "Line in wall hanging curves unnaturally, implying image warped when enlarging cock.")
