I set up an appt w this guy and his buddy over week before I came to NY. Had great communication, got in touch the day before our appointment to confirm. All good. 30 min before the time I let him know I was on my way. While I was in the taxi, he texted to ask me if I could push a half hour because they were coming back from an appointment that ran late.
