I lived in San Diego from 2000 to 2016, when my former employer relocated me to Phoenix. I used to call it "Hooterville by the Sea" and "Bland Diego." The weather is truly wonderful and if you like theater, The Old Globe, La Jolla Playhouse, and Moonlight Theater in Vista are the places for you. Other than that, all the culture is split between the yogurt and kombucha cases at VONS. Despite the marine base (which is north of Oceanside, 30+ miles from the city) there is a dearth of cute, reliable men in San Diego. Lots of flakes and guys who can't commit. I found people to be less friendly than in San Francisco and Los Angeles. On the plus side, the traffic is not as bad as in most major cities, but the entire city is built on canyons and mesas, so there is often only one road that goes where you want to go. In terms of where to live, Hillcrest and North Park are the Gayborhoods. Aside from East County (Lakeside, El Cajon, and Santee) almost everywhere in the county is gay friendly. You might not find a gay bar in Otay Mesa, but you will find gay people. If you lived in one of the "urban mesa" communities like Hillcrest, University Heights, Normal Heights, or Talmadge you would be commuting to Chula Vista when everyone else would be commuting from it in the morning and the reverse in the afternoon. There are a lot of cute houses from the 1920's to the 1950's in these communities, but many of them were built prior to the enactment of strict building codes and can turn into money pits. There was a wave of "gut rehabs" in the 2000's that weren't "gut rehabs" at all. They were paint, granite, and stainless steel jobs on old houses. I don't want to say you should turn down the job, but understand you will not be relocating to a real city.

The article @BOZO T CLOWN posted states a representative for Outreach (the company Green was employed by) claimed Green’s termination wasn’t due to the aforementioned videos, but because he shared his confidential employment letter online. “It is against company policy for employees to leak private and confidential information, and grounds for termination,” Andrew Schmitt, Outreach’s vice president of communications, told Reason. “We remain committed to building our culture that finds strength in our diversity, equity and inclusion—and a company where all can succeed.” Frankly, this is ridiculous. If they truly were committed to being a company where all can succeed, they would have taken Green aside and explained 1) the policy against posting confidential memos and 2) their standards of conduct. My guess is this was a knee-jerk reaction. While it is terrible he is out of a job in a strange city, he is better off not working at this place. They sound like a hellhole.

I don't have an issue with anything you posted in your interview. My preference is RM messenger or voice mail. I don't usually have time to text and, honestly, my dyslexia always makes me worry that I'm texting the wrong number. However, I get your point. If the fee is in addition to the rate, then yes you would be unreasonable. If you requested a $25 booking fee that you applied to the rate, I would find it less unreasonable. However, given the number of escorts who charge up-front fees and never show, you will immediately be looked upon with suspicion. A booking fee will not deter time-wasters from filling up your inboxes. They get something (God knows what) from leaving messages and voice mails with no intent to hire. My guess is that a segment of the population has decided to "get" the straight guy, you are a straight guy, and they are coming to "get" you.

On my computers I access the site using a browser. I only use the VPN when I want to read a review. I don't use a browser on my iPhone or on my iPad. I use the app when using a mobile device. Typically, I don't try to read reviews using the phone. I use the laptop for that. The new site is growing on me. I do like that the default is a gallery view of ads instead of a list that you have to page through.

I see the written reviews on a routine and regular basis using rent.men in conjunction with my VPN (TunnelBear) pointing to a server in The Netherlands. The date stamp is not from a phone. It is from rent.men using Edge on my HP Spectre Windows 11 computer. It also displays using Firefox and Chrome. When I used Opera I'd see them there, too. Both the reviews and picture timestamp display on my MacBook Air using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. I use the RM app on my phone and see the date and time stamp on pictures. As a rule, I don't use browser-based websites on my phone when a corresponding app is available.

A couple of things... Not in the US. You still have to VPN to Europe. The url is https://app.rent.men/ and it looks just like their mobile app. I don't hate it, but I also don't love it. The current site allows searching by phone number, which does not seem to work on the new site. Othe than that, it is fine. I do like that you can enlarge photos. The current site also shows the photo upload date, as below: Overall, it is a more modern design than rent.men and the dinosaur-age rentmen.eu. It shows they are investing in the UI, which too many sites don't do.

I just reported the ad. If what he says is true, RM needs to deal with this. If it isn't, he's opening RM up to a huge liability. Regardless, they need to intervene.

I will be in SF for a week/10 days in July and would like to hear feedback about experience with LetMeFuckYou. Past posts have been full of commentary on the number of pics in his ad, his name, and other irrelevant information, so little value there. There was one post about him seeming to be a nice guy when a Forum member met him at a party, which is very good information to have. Thanks for providing feedback on him. PS: If you would prefer to provide feedback privately, please feel free to direct message me.

He looks like he could be 30 in his 2020 pics, but he certainly looks like he's aged more than two years in his newer ones.

Seeing as he can't seem to "get it up" for the camera without putting his cock in a death grip, I'm not sending any pics.

I'm not sure whether he would want to travel to Glenview, but I had fun with William Ericson. This is Pride weekend, so escorts might not be available Sat and Sun. However, you could easily take Metra from Glenview to Union Station and get to Pride in the Park on Saturday. Grant Park is only a mile or so from Union Station. You could Uber/Lyft or take CTA, but walking is the best way to take in the architecture of downtown Chicago.

Where in the NW suburbs are you staying? Park Ridge, Niles, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, and the various Barringtons are all considered "Northwest Suburbs" but are miles and miles apart.

Depends on the text. Are you asking about a text letting someone know you are on your way or have parked the car or are you referring to an escort replying to a client's detailed request for an appointment?

Handling clients who don’t reply back after a message or 2
rvwnsd replied to TallMuscl37's topic in Questions About Hiring
If, after you send two replies, the prospective client does not reply it is time to stop following up. Of course, if the client gets back to you within a reasonable timeframe after the second reply then continue the discussion (unless the client appears not to be serious). -
He's had a few names, including BigDick_Ginger. There's a short thread on him in which someone met him.

I've noticed this too. It happened with an escort I hired on a regular basis, so I asked if he had re-locked his pics. He said that he hadn't, but he did upload some new pics. We deduced that uploading the new pics somehow re-locked the private pics ai previously had access to.

I always shriek "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" at the top of my lungs, flail my hands about, and lecture him about gender norms (complete with a vigorous wag of my un-nail polished finger). Unless, of course, he is wearing fire engine red. I mean, ya gotta appreciate that kind of moxie. But seriously, I don't think it is that big of a deal. Think of all the things our parents' generations disapproved of and how we said we would be different.

There are gay and bisexual men living in those two cities. Des Moines is Wells-Fargo's consumer credit HQ and several insurance companies are based there. Thousands of white-collar jobs combined with a relatively low cost of living translates to men who have disposable income. There aren't very many escorts in either city, which means little local competition. He's smart for visiting those cities. Actually, Kansas City is a very nice city, too. Big gay population. That's exactly where Andrew Justice is based. The scenery is pretty, thanks to being on a river, and it is relatively close to Chicago and St Louis.

Given the Forum rules governing X-rated posts in the public forums (of which this is one) members often use generalities to stay within the lines. Some members wish to have more details, as one client's terrible time could be another's idea of nirvana. That's where the direct messaging feature comes in handy. As @builder boy pointed out below Communication, while important, only goes so far. Guys have to be able to deliver.

Sorry they flaked on you and wasted your evening. And they spared @Alfstoria from wasting money despite having wasted his time.
-
I'm not sure which is worse - that someone made a toilet cake or that they were dumb enough to put forth all that effort without having a contract stipulating they would get pad for it.

Seeing as there have been at least 45,981 posts about cleaning out, I have no issue with the commercial. I think it is kinda funny.
