  1. Hmm...Might have to give him some more time to get hired.
  2. Yeah, no ethics violation, at least not under any policy I've read. First I've heard of this.
  3. He has been advertising for five days as of May 8. Give him some time to get hired
  4. I've not heard of such a thing. May be she is just a nice, generous person. How valuable the gift she gave? A small token gift is a nice gesture and is typically within ethics codes (every company I've worked for set the limit at $25)

I've seen weekday afternoon discounts for years. Great way for a provider to attract clients who might otherwise only hire at nights and on weekends when demand is higher.
  6. Damn! Hope he starts checking messages again.
  7. Strrronk like boool good! Ya! Hope hunk like boool too. Good good.
  8. I donate and take the tax deduction. No haggling, no endless emails, and the guys at the Goodwill are kinda hot. PS: I’m not kidding about the guys working the donation door. They are the nicest, best-looking Goodwill employees ever.
  9. Ah! Sorry to hear that. Maybe it’s time to send them a lovely fruit basket accompanied by an artfully-scribed nite reading “Can the 7AM lawn service or else I’ll flung cat shit at your car.” I have a fresh batch twice daily if you choose to go this route.
  10. I’d send him a message via RM. nothing to lose, really, except the few minutes spent composing the email.
  11. Is this the first time this has happened? If it is, there's a very good chance the neighbors do not, in fact, like it! I guess you'll know for sure if/when a new landscaper shows up at a different time next week.
  12. Of course! BTW: You, sir, have no reason to resort to any of those social media boosting tactics.
  13. Nice one. PS: I used to play with an escort whose dick would hang when it was hard. He was truly rock-hard, but it pointed down and not out. That said, not sure I'd risk $300 only to find out the guy doesn't get hard.
  14. I was thinking the opposite.
  15. Adam 4 Adam's app is the same way.
  16. I look at "restrictive" ordinances this way: the ordinance would not be necessary if folks used common sense and didn't do stupid things like sending a lawn service crew out at 7:00 AM on a Sunday.
  17. I laughed so hard that I started to cough. Thanks for that, @LaffingBear
  18. Matt LeBlanc can do my "how ya" any time he wants.

  20. I think it was a misunderstanding. He was probably thinking "I don't know why this guy would ask me to toss the paper out to the street, but he just gave me a tip..."
  21. Who needs an orbital launch vehicle when you can have a '99 Corolla?

  23. You would download the pic to your computer first, then follow @azdr0710 's instructions. To save the picture, open the URL, right-click on the picture and select "Save image as" and either specify a name or use the one that displays in the pop-up.
  24. I'm in one of those roles in which my time is flexible. I typically work late into the evening, so if I arrive at the office at 9:00 no one is going to bat an eye. Of course, if someone schedules a 7:30 AM meeting, I am working at 7:30 AM.
