I had a patient who became very angry that he was caught in a number of lies in trying to extract opiates. When I went to see him in the hospital this morning revealing that the tests confirmed that he did not have a kidney stone and so he would not be getting more pain medication and that he would be discharged from the hospital, he shouted at me: "hope all your kids get cancer and die in front of you, you fat sack of shit...I hope all your kids get cancer and die in your arms" Leaving there to go see another patient, an nondescript young man was running for the elevator and I pushed the button to hold the door for him. His reply was "Thanks Gramps I did not think you could move that fast."

On or off, I am one of those guys who has my eyes closed for much of the session. I get the picture in my mind and go from there. Lights on, eyes closed. I have to concentrate to keep them open and for some guys, it is worth the effort.

I did not read all the way through. Did anyone mention Starlight Express? -
As I care for mostly indigent patients many of who are separated from their families, I have had to deal with conservators being appointed. In New Jersey it can take months to get someone appointed and Unicorn is correct in that in almost every case, there was a full court press to do everything, even when medical advice was to the contrary. In none of the cases with which I have been involved, did the patient improve as a result of extraordinary care. In one case, a distant family member who was found by the conservator, was living in another country and agreed to make arrangements for ongoing care there. The hospital rented a private medical evacuation plane to fly the patient and a staff of caretakers to the other country and care for him until he reached the other facility. As the patient was in a persistent vegetative state and he was only 24 years old, the cost, though exorbitant, was ultimately less expensive than caring for the patient for what might have been decades.

I for one am glad this thread was resurrected as I had an earlier post. That post from nearly 4 years ago speaks to me now as in the last 8 months I have had two dogs pass and now have two which are pretty ill. That post of mine reminded me that there is healing after the pain of loss. There are no coincidences, the individual pieces fit together and only once they are all together is the big picture seen.

Eric Hassan as the Dude Next Door. Intelligent. Friendly. Experienced. Fit. Hung. He is being discriminating about working with the pandemic but I would definitely recommend him if he is available. https://rent.men/thedudenextdoor

If you watch movies from the forties and fifties it is no unusual to have a background street scene in which there is a newspaper salesman yelling from a risk to get the papers. Sometimes, if it pertains to the story, you will see a newspaper close up, spinning into view and then allowing the barring headline to be read. I started reading my local newspapers, The Long Island Press, The NY Daily News and the New York Post when I was about 8 or nine years old. The Kitty Genovese story was particularly compelling. The involved a young woman being murdered and dozens of people hearing her cries for help and yet none called the police or tried to intervene. I eventually switched to the NYTimes for news but stayed with the others for sports. entertainment and such. I was having the NYT weekends (FSS) delivered to my home and then with the pandemic, the service became erratic, and I stopped my subscription. So my question is, Are there on the forum any avid newspaper readers who actually get a newspaper? For those newspaper readers out there, at what age did you start reading the newspaper? Just as an aside, at about 17 I taught my dog to fetch the newspaper from the lawn, where the delivery person always seemed to toss it. kismet was a great dog and she seemed anxious to do it. She always came right back with the paper and never chewed it up. I have not trusted any of my other dogs to go out without me and return despite this track record.

Redent studies show no benefit with Vitamin D in Cvid. After an initial Cvid test is positive it may stay positive for many months. CDC does not suggest a repeat for 3 months. Daddy is diabetic and was found lying on the floor, there is a lot more going on than just Cvid even if he has that. Hope is all we have left when there is nothing else to hang onto. I will be hoping for a dramatic recovery for him.

I am not a native Spanish speaker but I think in this ad he is saying he is tender, but I am not sure why he would contrast that with being educated so there may be another meaning. Can also mean delicate, but that does not work here real well either. Certainly the meaning of morbid as in English could be the case but that does not contact to educated either. Though I may have a morbid curiosity about what means, it is not strong enough to have me hire him to find out.

I am confused. Do you not expect them to be young, hot or tops or all three? As for muscle bottoms, talk with anyone who has been with the recently retired Rick Hammersmith. Muscles galore. Great personality and loved to bottom all day long.

Not actually into it but I alternated hot and cold running water from a bathtub faucet directly onto my erect cock. . The feeling was exhilarating but not enough to get me off, so I used my soapy hand to finish it.

Lucky for us.

That is good to know. Perhaps I will suggest that to some of my patients. I have been relying on patients to make their own contact but this sounds better though doing both is probably better yet

I want to commend Cooper for his diligence in tracking down Daddy and making sure he was alright. Someone lying on the floor for hours can develop kidney failure and it may turn into quite an serious issue. I believe Cooper may have saved Daddy's life. I think we should all have someone who speaks to us each day and knows how to reach us , especially someone like Daddy with diabetes. So if there are any others out there who can go days without speaking to anyone, please make a contact and protect yourself. There may not be a Cooper in your life that will come looking for you if you do not prepare ahead of time.

We seemed to have scared off most the women posters here. I am very glad to see you back but I am very sad as to the nature of your post. No matter what the prognosis, for any one individual it is 100% one way or the other. So for you, 100% cure is what I am hoping for no matter the odds. There are many here who would gladly support you in the same manner we have supported others here who have gone through tough times. Our internecine battles belies the strong family ties of this site. Please keep us informed.

While people who have had Cvid are generally not being given the vaccine until three months after the symptoms resolve, most agree that antibodies to Cvid seem to last longer than that. You could get an antibody test and use that as a guide to whether you feel that your safety and the safety of others is not compromised. Attending does not mean you cannot wear a mask or socially distance for all or most of the festivities. In fact, in the past I have found wearing a mask to enhance encounters, Welll more like a hood than as mask, but I digress.

Not to be picky, from your saying he will be okay, I inferred that he is not okay now. Besides donations, is there anything any of us can do to help him become OK?

If you have an address you may call the local police to do a well check. That may be extreme but as Daddy is a diabetic and has had other health issues, it may be a step you would want to take.

He was a helicopter pilot and was part of the Falklands war. Not sure he saw actual combat but I seem to recall there being reports of his flying missions during that incursion. Sorry. that was his uncle Andrew.
