  1. There was a running gag on the Ellen Show in which she had Nick the Gardener take care of plants and on the stage and then she gets him to take off his shirt to the squealing delight of her audience. Ellen is very adept at showing shirtless men either in photos or having her male guests remove their shirt. It is a bit ironic that Ellen, a lesbian, is objectifying men when she herself has little sexual interest in men but has much interest in ratings. Shirtless men keep the ratings up. That is why i watch her show on the occasions that I do.
  2. I thought it said somewhere they were in NYC. Sure, other places allow for longer commutes by car. NYC, specifically Manhattan, usually do not.
  3. When I was younger, I made a salary of 140,000 and managed to pay about 4000 in taxes total. I did the taxes myself. These figures are ridiculous and my major question is, how can two people who are this stupid about finances and taxes have jobs that pay them $250000 a year. $5000 a year for gas. That is about $100 per week. At $3.00 a gallon that is 33 gallons at 20 miles per gallon that is 660 miles a week, every week for a couple living in Manhattan. Where are they going everyday?
  4. While Duke LaCrosse was a he said she said case, this is a situation which he texted and he texted and he texted and he sent a photo and he looked up what to do when someone is not breathing. And of course the victim in this case, is not saying anything.
  5. Innocent until proven Guilty is legal thinking. These people have yet to be on trial, but that does not mean there isn't sufficient evidence out there to convict them in the court of public opinion. That court has a lower threshold for assigning guilt. Ask OJ.
  6. Stupidity is no defense. I know the saying ignorance of the law is not defense but in this case, stupid stupid stupid.
  7. Hmmm how about a kow poke?
  8. In some of those pictures he reminds me of DavidSF now DavidPS when I first met him. Though David never looked as fragile as this young man and with David, as it turns out, you needed to secure anything fragile in your home when he came over because things usually got pretty vigorous when he was there.
  9. I cannot speak for others but I always enjoy your posts, your avatar has great abs and your posts have great heart.
  10. Though they may not be physically here, the ones we love are always with us. Today, I started back to work on the one year anniversary of the cardiac event that left me unemployed and physically drained. Though the PS weekend had revitalized my spirits I still had concerns about my ability to do the job. I felt that my skills had faded, my mental faculties had dulled and my physical endurance was not what it needed to be. On my way out the door, I could not find my work ID badge, identifying me as a physician. I searched my home and my car and could not find it and I worked it up in my head that this was a sign that I was not ready to do the job. After all, without the badge, who would known me, what would vouch for my credentials. The hour grew late and a decision had to made, go without the credential or not go at all. I opted to go. When I arrived at work, just as I removed the car key, a picture of my wife which I keep in the car, fell from the visor. I went to pick it up and it had landed right on the credential. I swear I had looked everywhere in the car, and yet there it was. I actually started to weep in the car, I am not sure why, but I can tell you I felt loved and reassured and ready to face the day. I went in and did a fair job. Not bad for the first day. I came home exhausted. Tomorrow will be better. BBaller, your wife is right there with you, I am sure you know it. I am sure you feel it. I am sure when you are down, memories help supply a sense of peace and contentment with just a tinge of melancholy. So you did do it, both of you. You have been blessed.
  11. As to living alone, you will hate it. And love it. When they return, you will find yourself relieved and also wondering how you ever lived in such a chaotic world. Best of luck to all four of you guys. And was it only your son eyeing the midshipmen?
  12. As far as the United event is concerned, United was opting to fly its employees instead of the paying customer. It was not a matter of being overbooked. They were quite willing to delay that flight for hours and did so, when a car ride for the employees would have taken only slightly longer than the plane flight plus the delay. A bit of common sense and some outside the box thinking may have avoided the entire incident. United decided to dig its heels in, as did Dr. Dao. Dr. Dao was dragged through the plane and United was dragged through the mud. In the end, United won the battle and lost the war.
  13. Unicorn when the goal is a sexy Jesus, you nailed him.
  14. Kind of disappointing though cause it takes him 3 days to rise. Well we all have our cross to bare.
  15. Yeah Scorpion has very little bite.
  16. Being unwillingly removed from a plane for no reason other than the commuting concerns of the airline is ridiculous. It would have been one thing if the flight had not boarded, but once the flight is boarded, the airline should have respected the passengers and worked out something else for their staffing issue. At least he was not wearing yoga pants, but perhaps if he were, he would never have made it onto the plane.
  17. They could have hired a limo to drive them It is a four to five hour drive. The flight was delayed two hours and it is an hour flight so it would not have been that big a time difference. Since it was a crew thing, United should have respected their passengers and inconvenienced their employees, not the other way around. Next United flight to Louisville was the next day.
  18. Hot guy, but after seeing the Rugby Butt gallery post, I was hoping for a great muscular ass picture. Definitely a fine beefy specimen, but sorry to say no butts about it.
  19. With most of these guys, I would love to get into a scrum and then some.
  20. I am a fan of Broke Back Mountain. It may be overexposed, but it struck a chord. Longtime Companion and Angels in America both evoke a time and place and circumstance that rings true for me. The Broken Heart's Club is a gay rom com which is a guilty pleasure.
  21. I would have gone with" Everything but the hole, so you can eat my hole if you like.
  22. I ran a small business in NJ and put up my charges in Euros. Being facetious here just in case it is not clear.
  23. In 2006, I had 7 dogs and one by one they passed. Each one special and memorable in its own way and each one a blessing to my life. Though I was saddened by the passing of each one I tried to focus not just on the joy brought me, but I also concentrated on how good a life I gave them. So congratulations to you for caring so much about another living being. Give yourself a pat on the back for having a heart big enough to include a four legged shedding machine that destroyed the furniture, hogged the bed and nearly ate you out of house and home. Stand tall knowing that you were worthy of the affection your loving friend and confidante so freely showered on you.
  24. Be sure you are prepped if you do any bowing in Palm Springs, Glennn will be there. Love ya Glennn.
  25. I would just expect it would be impossible to do so. He is a Renaissance man.
