I agree with you Aa11aa.  Ivan massage was amazing...

It was on one of the apps. Maybe grindr or scruff.  He stated it clearly.  He was advertising his massage business on there.  It sounded like all of the vaccination questions from potential clients had gotten his pissed off so he started saying unvaccinated only.  

I agree about Ivan.  He is kind of quiet and on the reserved side but he is very professional and gives a great massage,  which can be rare at a lot of these mens spas.   

If I don’t like masseurs to focus on my inner thigh, I will let them know. I don’t think I could claim I had been violated though. Based on what is being discussed, I think Ivan is doing things within his job descriptions (and legal boundaries). If client starts making an inappropriate move claiming Ivan led him on, and Ivan turned the client down. Then it’s a misunderstanding and that’s his right to say no. 

The OP didn't feel weirded out. He felt misled because the provider was massaging on the inner thighs a lot then rejected his physical advance.
The provider is allowed to provide a sensual massage without wanting to be groped by a client. He wasn't giving a hand job to the client, He was providing sensual touch and establishing his boundaries. He'd allowed to do that. It's his business

It's the masseurs prerogative as to whether he wants to be touched. He can provide an HE without being touched by the client. What next? Will you suggest this provider Ivan shouldn't dress a certain way? 
I've had masseurs "make a move" when all I wanted was a massage and I shut it down too, even though I was nude on the table. Boundaries, gentleman, boundaries.

I've always been a fan of Ivan's. Hardly a "clown." He's a very good masseur and if he wants to offer someone any varying degree of extras, it should never be expected. He may not want certain clients to touch him or may have specific limits with what he's comfortable with depending on the client. It's totally up to him, and then it's totally up to you to decide how you want to react to that and you can reflect that interaction in your tip. On some occasions my masseur will tease me til I take things into my own hands. Others are more interactive, sure, but it is their place of business after all. 

Not trying to invalidate your experience at NP with Ivan, but I’ve found that he’s one of the better providers there now and he always delivers above and beyond for me. I had a session with @Alex.Blessingsyesterday and can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. 
He was so warm, inviting and incredibly kind (and also incredibly cute too, which was just a huge added bonus)
He checked in with me often asking if I needed additional attention anywhere and I felt completely at ease. 
I caught myself drifting to sleep a few times with how comfortable and relaxed I was. 
I can’t give enough praise for him for his skills and how he made me feel before, during and after.
