I had a good time with him. He seems very cute. I tried not to have high expectations because of past experiences with some of the Florida pretty boy rates, but his massage skills were surprisingly decent. Overall, I feel like I got my money’s worth out of the session.

I’ve had the same experience with Shane.  I’ve seen him 3x and he’s always been friendly and responsive with me, though I haven’t seen him in a year.  I’m Asian and there’s never been any hint that he’s racist.

He’s cute, the massage is decent but kind of overpriced. He does a nude massage, says he doesn’t do anything erotic otherwise. He says he used to but doesn’t anymore. I tried him a few times, but yeah, although the massage is decent it’s definitely lacking based on what he charges. He’s pretty much my type, so I’d keep going if there was even a little bit more, buuuuut he doesn’t. 

We don't tip dentists, lawyers, and contractors, though. I think you are overgeneralizing "American culture." It's ok to tip those who appropriate the entire fee, but there's a qualitative difference vs those who are workers at a business owned by someone else.

I have to say, I’m really surprised that people “tip” anything for private masseurs. How does it make any sense at all for a provider to be tipped if he’s receiving 100% of his self-determined fee? Tipping is supposed to exist for workers who only receiving a portion of the fee for their services, so I really want to push back on this a bit… if private providers want more money, they should just set higher fees, and there shouldn’t be any expectation of receiving a tip, right?
