That cock was not too impressive; thus I'd have to pass, face or no face!

I have so impressed with performances by this gay church janitor. What a voice! What a story! What a great representative to the LGBT community!

Here is a clip of him performing the Elton John classic “We All Fall in Love Sometimes”. It brought tears to my eyes.

I had bariatric surgery in 2010. I can't begin to tell you the number of times I heard in support group meetings of addiction substitution. And it's not always an alcohol substitution. I've heard of people taking about gambling, sex, cleaning, and even hording addictions after surgery.

I don't regret having the surgery. But it's was helpful to know addiction substitution could be a side-effect.

It is amazing how many people who have undergone bariatric surgery turn to alcohol after they are unable to gorge on food. It seems one addiction simply replaces a former addiction

So happy to see Nick of Washington DC was selected as Daddy's escort of the day. I have very fond memories of hiring Nick on multiple visits to DC. I posted several positive reviews of him that have apparently been "hidden" due to recent legal changes (don't blame Daddy).

Nick is such a treasure. Always very responsive and met my every need. Wish I was going to DC in the near future. He's absolutely cute and a total professional.

I think it’s great that so many cities are creating historic districts! I find most cities now have thriving neighborhoods like the ones you posted. I’ve lived in an inner-city historic neighborhood for almost 5 years after living by the beach in SoCal for many years.

I’ve heard that Birmingham AL has become quite the foodie town, so I plan to spend a few days there soon. It also seems to have a fair number of gay venues for a city its size.

I personally bought a home in Farmington and loved it. Also had an apt in Novi. I would NOT consider anything South of 8 Mile Road.

However, there is a major revitalization downtown with a fantastic new light rail system. You might find some great deals downtown. It has changed so much (positive) since I was there in the '90s.

1.) If he’s allergic to lavender, I’m wonderig why he didn’t specify this allergy prior to the massage.

2.) Did he not smell the lavender as he was being massaged with the lotion? Lavender has a distinctive smell. I find it strange that he didn’t notice this during the massage.

3.) If you showed him pics of the lotion used, would he be willing to show you pics of his allergic reaction to the product?

I know I’m going to get slammed for this, but in my opinion, he shouldn’t be refunded. His allergy is HIS responsibility.

For example, if a customer has a specific food allergy, and they visit a restaurant and order a meal, they typically confirm if that ingredient is in the dish they want, prior to ordering it. They don’t eat the food, without verification, then demand a refund after they’ve eaten the food and have had an allergic reaction.

Lavender is a commonly used aromatherapy product. If one received a massage, it would make sense to ask if it is being used, if there’s an existing allergy.

However, if you do decide to give him a refund, inform your local peers in the business of this customer’s allergy.... just in case he’s running a scam.

Also, now you can ask prospective clients if they have any allergies before performing massages. ☺️

Not so sure that's good news for you. I "think" since you're listed on the title, you will be responsible for the capital gains on the property from when they bought it and when they died.

That's EXACTLY what our family did NOT do. Their house came to my sister and I upon their death and inherited it at fair market value with no capital gains. Look into getting yourself off the title and inheriting it upon their death. Your state may require that you be off the title for 2-5 years before their death or it could be considered fraud.

I suggest you seek good legal council from your state to find out you liabilities and obligations.

Your situation is clearly more complex than most. Seek out an attorney for a consultation and take a list of assets with you so he can help you navigate the state specific nuances. Any answer I give here would not serve you well...

I have no advice to offer in regards to how you should find an executor. However, I'd suggest that you open at least one bank account with either a joint account holder or a payable-on-death beneficiary. Doing so ensures that in the event you die someone will have access to funds that can pay for expenses.

Someone else mentioned setting up a revocable, sometimes referred to as a "family," trust. The beauty of the revocable trust is they are not all that expensive or difficult to establish and can be modified or completely dissolved (or "revoked") relatively quickly and easily. That could be a way to work through estate planning issues while your life is in flux.

One more thing...Setting up pay-on-death beneficiaries is a very quick and easy way to designate who gets what from a bank account and many investment accounts. The bennies can be changed at will. Doing so establishes an informal trust. It is also a method to maximize FDIC deposit insurance coverage.

OK, this is really the last thing. I'd consult your attorney about your current life situation and about the life situation you will find yourself in once you get married. I know you know this but I'll say it anyway - there's a lot at stake and a lot of unknowns.

PS: I hope you and your other half do get married. It sounds like you both want to do so.

It might be. Sin (the back bar) is open, but last time I was there, there were only a couple other people. I am pretty sure there are no dancers working there. There's some activity at Menjo's, on 6 Mile west of Woodward; there are a couple other bars associated with Menjo's now.
