Greg, Don't want to kidnap your thread but since you mentioned 'sisters', here's Barbara Streisand and her half sister Roslyn Kind. Many people didn't know she has a sister. I saw Ms. Kind perform at a private party a while back.... you could close your eyes and think it's Barbara singing.

Roslyn Kind has been one of my favorites for years. I seen her perform several time and actually prefer her over Barbara.

I say go to Best Buy and get a Roku 3...

Actually, the 2015 Roku 2 gets much better ratings than the Roku 3. I picked up one yesterday at Best Buy for $60 (about $30 cheaper than the Roku 3). I believe the software mods for the Roku 2 make it faster than Roku 3. Check out some of the reviews on both Roku 2 and 3.

At my Utah home we cut the cable and use a Roku box to access Netflix, Hulu, et al. At my Portland home I didn't bother mounting an antenna on the roof. I just use a HD antenna that sits next to the TV (no external mounting needed). I get all the local broadcast channels for free.

In my San Diego apartment cable is included with the monthly rent. Of all the setups, I prefer my San Diego cable (especially since I don't to deal with the cable company or have a personal account with them).

When I retire to Portland, however, I'll probably go the Roku route.

Seeing him in that role is one my Broadway highlights. He OWNED that role and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Would you rather overweight clients warn you about their size and expectations before meeting?

This is not an escort response but one from a client. I was obese for a long time and then lost 130 lbs in 2010. Before I lost the weight I would always tell the escort of my size so that wouldn't be surprised. Since the weight loss I always warn the escort that I've got serious sagging since I haven't had skin reduction surgery. I believe it best to be totally honest with the escort before booking an appointment.

New info that I hadn't heard before. Sounds like he has multiple "issues" in his past and current life.

Personally, I'm glad he's no longer got access to children and hope that his sentence is appropriate. Also very glad he'll be providing $100,000 to each of his victims.

I was also one of those that was skeptical of the child porn accusation. I'm willing to admit I'm wrong and he appears totally guilty. Hope he gets the maximum sentence.

I don't have a lot of patience for people that are into kids. Get him off the streets and into some place that can help him.

The HOA at the condo I own felt the same way. We have a minimum term of 30 days, which we believe prevents an owner from renting their condo on a short-term basis via airbnb.

According to what I've read, he's not accused of child porn. There is an allegation of sex with a 16 year old and sexual harassment of a franchisee. But, has anyone read that he's part of the child porn accusations of his business partner?

I'm not considering him guilty of child porn until it's proven. I think that it's probably "normal" for his computers to be searched based on the arrest of his co-worker. They had a close / long-term relationship. I'll withhold judgement until there's proof he was involved. Until then, he's only guilty by association.

I should never have started this thread! Gas prices immediately went up 8 cents a gallon at my local pump.

I filled up today in Utah for $2.88 per gallon. Very cheap prices. And, my sister filled up in Wyoming for $2.75 per gallon.

When I left my 2nd home in Portland this week the price was about $3.45 / gallon. Gas prices at my "other" home in Salt Lake City are $2.95 / gallon.

One of my first jobs as a teenager was selling gas. The price was 25 cents / gallon for credit cards and 20 cents / gallon for cash. And, that was full service where we'd clean the windows, check the oil, fluff the tires, and pump the gas. I think I still have the black bow tie they made us wear and the funny little hat with the station's name on it.
