I was in Düsseldorf on business and had an afternoon to kill. I signed on to one of the hook-up apps (don't remember which one). At the time, I was already in late middle age and, although in good shape for my age, otherwise pretty ordinary looking. Nobody was going to look at me twice unless he had a daddy fetish and was willing to settle for considerably less than George Clooney. As I scrolled, I sent a tap or woof or whatever to this drop-dead gorgeous guy in his 30s, blue-eyed brunette and built like a fitness cover model, knowing full well that 999/1000 of those get me nothing. To my surprise, he replied, indicating interest. In a matter of just a few messages, I had his address, and he had my ETA, maybe about 20 minutes. I half (or more) expected either it would be a fake address or he'd not resemble the pics. Surprise: the address and he were both real. He was horny and I was his type, or close enough. I topped him and, unfortunately, he had to leave right after. Attempted to hook up once more before I Ieft town but no such luck. Next time I was in Düsseldorf, I looked for him, but his profile was gone.
