I actually think it's more of a YMMV situation with Chris. My most recent session with him was not that long ago and it was full on sensual. Yes I did see him eventually when he came through my town.  Avoid. The massage is not that great, shorted a bit on time, the rest was just odd, not bad, but I left feeling like I had wasted my $$.

Tried him a few months ago.  Thought the massage was quite good and he was fine with no draping and really went right up to the line in terms of sensuality - inner thighs, abs, groin muscles.  On the downside, the dogs barked the entire time, the lighting was harsh, and the sheets on the massage table did not smell fresh.  The whole place just felt dirty.
