Phone number on harlothub ad is same as the one on Craigslist. But I reached out to him and he says he only has the Craigslist ads.

It's probably best to not mention the CL ad at all and inquire about services he lists on harlothub profile. If he keeps denying his hatlothub ad, provide him with the link and ask him why he has it up and running.

Some sites source their ads from the "more established" sites. People are not necessarily posting on sites like harlothub.
