Name changer. A mediocre sensual bed massage experience at best. One time experience was more than enough for me and I wouldn't repeat.

He's clearly a latino and I wonder why he lists his ethnicity as "caucasian."

I saw him a while back. Nice guy, pics accurate, massage is okay, but he’s way overpriced. He does it on the side mostly as it’s something he’s into and not a profession.

You are behind your screen which means you have no exposure to any sort of physical contact with a masseur that is trying to engage you online. I simply tell a masseur who reaches out to ask to book a session with him that I am simply browsing his profile and will let him know I am interested. Messages typically cease at that point.

We all have our off days/moments. It can be extremely frustrating for the person who’s ghosted…no recourse really …which is maddening.

at the same time:  sometimes i just to say to myself “it wasn’t meant to be today” and let it go.
Overall his reviews are good … so I’d give him another chance. he’s on my wishlist.

+ dctraveler got a reaction from Penn7 in AITA - Questioning the Price
Price increases to accommodate an inflationary environment in itself is not the issue, but it's how a business entity goes about properly notifying their clientele about it. The problem with many of these independent masseurs is that they are often completely clueless on how to handle business end of things, with setting proper client expectations being one of the most crucial elements. A client being told of such a price increase (with an explanation) *before* an appointment is booked makes a world of difference for a client's overall experience and so many of these masseurs just do not understand this. Most clients would accept the increase and understand the justification behind it, and some that do not wish to accept the increase can simply refuse the newly increased price.

I agree with jamie21 that you dodged a bullet. A masseur should have his business end of things together and learn to set proper expectations for clients. He lost your business by passive-aggressively upcharging you $20 without any reason and you simply asked about the price difference. His loss.

WOW, how unpleasant and unfair! I'd be SO done with him too.
Today's inflationary environment can be used as a convenient excuse to confirm the masseur's "current rate" no matter how many times we have seen him. I've been doing that recently, nothing beats having their text message in defining the terms of the exchange.

Somewhat related experience a few weeks ago - I saw one of my favorites that I hadn’t seen in about a year due to various scheduling issues on both of our ends. I was used to paying a certain amount for a 60 minute session with him, but after the massage he said his price was $100 more than what I previously paid. I mentioned that he hadn’t said anything about that when we booked and that it’s not reflected on his ad (it used to list his rate but now says “ask me”). It was a good massage so I paid the inflated rate but no tip and I’ve got no plans to see him again in the future

He's julian_G on rentmasseur, https://rentmasseur.com/Julian_g, I saw him at the end of march this year.  Heavier than his pics and an upsell for a happy ending on an already steep erotic massage price.

Agree with @dctraveler. Pretty subpar experience for all those reasons. He was also very clearly on his phone with one hand for a lot of the massage. Won’t ever repeat.

Also I am not at liberty to comment about Toni, but I would be very surprised if he actually has any sort of professional/classroom massage training at all. My advice is to save your precious money and time and use it on another masseur instead who actually knows what he is doing.

AJ says he is bi but he is more of an open minded straight guy - he doesn't get hard. I saw him once and his deep kneading skills are top notch. Punctuality is definitely not his strength and do not plan to see him again.

Cute guy, nice body, massage is VERY light so if you like deep tissue you will not enjoy it.  MN, MT & HE but it was more part of the job than anything he wanted to be doing.
I personally would not go back.
