Do M4M providers have a "bad date" list?

(Regarding bad checks... it might not be a pleasant experience but these can be pursued for a magistrates judgement. The services claimed are whatever is on the providers tax return - masseur, life coach, therapist, etc. Just the threat of this may be helpful in being properly paid, though it may sound like a long shot and involve disclosure of the providers name, address, etc.)

I once met a guy a few years ago from outside the US, who told me he got scammed on his first trip to the US when a guy wrote a check. He thought is was commonplace in the US. It bounced.

So to recap... all I said was that something appears to be missing from the story and it seems you agree. IronMaus actually goes on to say "The escort had only heard about the bad check guy. He hadn't seen his varying info sporadically posted online. He didn't know what I knew." which is where it gets a little fuzzy trying to justify the assault. And frankly- there is no justification.

End the session. Ask for cash. Offer to escort the client to an ATM in the hotel, or find another method of payment. Insist the client leave their ID behind until the cash is given. Loads of other choices rather than bash somebody's face in. Literally- do not normalize violence based on non-payment or perceived scam.

Hmmm, nah sorry MisterMike. You seem to be twisting things. You responded directly to my comment and added to "not normalize violence based on non-payment or perceived scam" but you omit that I specifically and explicitly stated twice that i did NOT condone the violent response. What i only pointed out was that in your original comment you said that "Either something is missing from your story, or that escort assaulted someone on a whim which puts him into a category of providers to avoid. To which i had only originally commented that IronMaus had laid a predicate to the situation of the alleged serial bad behavior and although i didn't agree with the providers actions, I didn't think it was totally accurate to say that the "escort assaulted someone on a whim"?

For example, I might think that if someone came into someone's home even as a guest and stole $1,000 from them and the person reasonably expected that no one including the Police could or would help them, and again i don't condone the violence but given the circumstance, i wouldn't characterize that response as whimsical. And i also agreed that if escorts are whimsically beating up clients then of course they should be put into a public warning category to avoid!

Then later in your comment to me, you suggest that I was the one normalizing violence (only because i pointed out that given the circumstances it might be unfair to say the escorts decision to beat a client up was "whimsical") despite me saying multiple times, i didn't condone his violent actions.

By the way since we're nitpicking, your original comment of "Either something is missing from your story, or that escort assaulted someone on a whim which puts him into a category of providers to avoid" actually suggests that perhaps resorting to physical violence would be an appropriate response in some circumstances depending on the missing information.

So to recap.... try to be more careful with your words and innuendo, especially in a medium like this where it is hard to fully express one's opinions and provide full context etc.., but it's ok, we all make mistakes from time to time.

Thanks for the novella- I stand by what I wrote.

Twitter has made a decision..

13_FE93_AF_5_E02_4728_B6_DF_371068_BA000_A.jpg

Well aren’t you just a poor sport. Ole trifling, vindictive ass mother fucker at that. You really think that’s making you look like the better person? It makes you look petty, jealous, and dramatic. Not a good look. Non of my clients have complained about my list, but then you want to be some kind of twitter patrol and go tattle telling.

I’ll know better than to trust saying anything around you. And guess what? My twitter account is still up. I’ll just switch it up so YOU don’t have to know about it.

Man to man: you’re 29. Younger than me. You live in Austin. Shouldn’t you get out, get some sun, go to the beach, plant a tree, do something worthwhile with your time rather than keeping up animosity and finding ways to get at me? I’ve never even met you, I’ve never had anything against you. I used to even like you. But you’re looking like another racist Texan with some kind of vendetta towards me, over something that’s non of your business.

Always a charmer.

Shady clients who get away with actually meeting up with working guys (via a fake number) have tipped the scales of leverage in the equation to their side and benefit. Then, as mentioned above, the shady bastard has more likelihood of getting away with some sleazy scheme to screw the escort out of payment.

Google Voice, Voips, Bandwith #’s are not a friend to escorts. They are a nuisance.

Exactly!

Mocha, I only reported you because you were an asshole. Guess you shouldn't have been an asshole then.

Literally reporting you to Twitter took 30 seconds. No time out of my day. Maybe you should seek mental help and reclaim your lost time aimlessly spent on attacking people trying to help you. Only a suggestion ( that everyone seems to support ).

#SaveMochaFromHimself

Bitch, asshole? No...I just didn’t kiss up to your fucking ass. You came at me wrong, I said something...then I apologized. Like a real man would do. Yet, You are continuously keeping up the drama. There was already 2 threads closed, you do something silly like post the email correspondence between you and twitter.

You are MESSY! I could be even messier and contact twitter about how you’re using their correspondence to shit talk me. See what they think about that.

That’s not against the Twitter rules so they’ll probably just look at you and tell you to lay off the meth.

I think you are fighting a loosing battle. Mocha has never understood the concept of “rules that apply to everyone equally, irrespective of whether your name is Mocha or not.”

He is not going to start understanding that concept today.

...Despite the fact that most of the abusers of meth happen to be guys who look like YOU.

You should apply to be forum umpire, since you’re always running side by side. One thing for sure, I don’t have to listen to someone who can’t even abide by the rules of this forum e.g. no arguments/no war.

Okay, so are y’all 2 detaining me, or am I free to go without this thread continuing? Or do I need to request it closed?

So what is the best solution to the situation @IronMaus stated where a client said he had no money at the end of the session. I feel like there is no good solution unless asking money at the beginning which some people think is a turnoff unfortunately :(

Im sure a scammer is not going to let u hold off to his ID or a valuable until he's paid, if you ask him to take you to the bank he will make a bolt for it or tell people around him that you don't know him. You can make a scene but it will be bad for both parties. If you take a check it will be a bad check, your just supposed to let him slide and just accept it i guess and chalk it up to business:eek::rolleyes:o_O:oops:. Of course violence isn't the solution but i bet that scammer who was beat up hopefully changed his tune about scamming escorts even if it went too far.

@Dominiking, your input in on the mark. I am not sure there is any easy answer. We have scammers in every walk of life. All we can do is create a vetting process that works well for ourselves for both escorts and client alike.
