Rugger Posted November 7 Posted November 7 I’m so disappointed in the piss poor customer service of Abel. I tried calling in today to make an appointment for tomorrow, and he was so rude and dismissive over the phone and refused to let me schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Any one else have problems making appointments now? I’ve never had this happen before. In the past, it has always been easy to call in and schedule in advance.

Just curious… do you have Abel’s direct number or did you call and ask to talk to him, or did he just happen to answer? urbanfetish 1
urbanfetish Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Most of my visits at 27/HK have been scheduled in advance, usually the day before. Never had an issue. 🤷♂️ forsakened_01 and Jackus 1 1
luvhusky Posted November 9 Posted November 9 It’s funny that in this business of pure service, people don’t treat people nicely. This is bad for business and everyone involved. Mean gays are so tired

The masseur arriving late because I had booked a lunch time appointment , the service I requested not recorded properly (so the shower room was not free for me), or more often simply nobody answering my texts or my insta messages. Once I was rejected for booking two days in advance, once rejected for booking the same day. I mean how hard it is to print out a schedule for the week and fill it in as bookings are being made? First I know of no way to book there or HK by text or IG. Second those two places only EVER book a day in advance. Never more than that. Otherwise I've never had an issue in booking. Some of your issues are understandable in that they go against their procedures/policies.

I’ve only ever booked by phone, didn’t realize text was an option too, but never had an issue with booking. I think mostly because the phone is right by their scheduling book, so they would write it down right away during the call

Text bookings or insta bookings used to be perfectly fine under Ben. Also booking even a week ahead was also fine with Ben. That man was a star. There was no stupid booking policy back then (at least when I was booking). Manhattan 1

Bmxman Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Who would you choose between Alejandro, Jonas, or Andoni? (Thinking about hitting up 27 tmrw and these are the options)

He does have an attitude , but he does give a pretty decent massage overall, I’ve noticed I usually get cut off by about 5mins.

Many of us can live in the present and still remember the recent past. It's a very helpful skill that provides context for life and helps you make decisions. Those of us who knew Ben can remember him and give him credit for making 27 a really well run spa. It's reasonable to comment on the fact that customer service has declined since Ben's untimely death. Why would anyone feel the need to register a snaky remark in this scenario?. LookingAround Posted November 14 Posted November 14 You might characterize it as snarky. I don't. The point is that I am successful in making bookings and the other poster isn't. If you want to make a booking at 27 or HK you need to follow their current policy simple as that. + jimbosf 1

Pls dm me. So far Ive had oliver and sandro both for same service: 90min body srub/massage and i think oliver is hotter, more my type Pros/cons with both Oliver pros: offered water, friendly and open to get to know me and me get to know him, never initiated tip talk, checked up during massage, good pressure, left happy, more comfortable/intuitive on second massage, reminded me of the punchcard for free 30mins when checking out cons: left the room after body scrub for couple mins both times, didnt massage feet or hands, majority of the massage was me face down, MT Sandro pro: never talked about tip, felt cleaner during his bodyscrub he makes sure ur squeaky clean, stayed in room from body scrub to massage table transition, good pressure, allows MT, very intuitive Cons: left room to allow for me to get ready for body scrub but when i turned around to talk to him he had his headphones in, the whole massage was me faced down he ignored massaging the front of my arms and glutes (massage part felt incomplete), no feet massage. I wish both wouldve given half the massage time for the back and the other half for the front not just have you turn around for the last minutes I had a great massage but forgot to ask the guys name... The massage definitely matched the Oliver description. I looked at the pics which are profiles so I'm still not sure. He was probably 6'2+ and Eastern European, he had dark curly hair

After the bad experience with Abel on the phone, I was eventually able to book the appointment I wanted with Shane. Shane told me that he is the only one who books his appointments, so none of the other staff are able to book someone for him. But he said the staff are supposed to tell you when you can call back to speak to Shane. The following day I had my appointment with Shane, and it was wonderful.

sulika Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The very poor customer service is what made me stop going to this spa. I had been going twice a month for a 90 minute combo for a whole year, never missed or canceled any appointment. I was able to book directly with the masseur but that changed, I was told to call and make the appointments directly with the spa. Due to the nature of my job I need to schedule in advance and not the day of, but they were giving me problems, telling me to call the next day. The next day they would tell me to call the next day. They would hang up the phone or being plain rude. So I decided to never visit the spa anymore.
