I’m so disappointed in the piss poor customer service of Abel. I tried calling in today to make an appointment for tomorrow, and he was so rude and dismissive over the phone and refused to let me schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Any one else have problems making appointments now? I’ve never had this happen before. In the past, it has always been easy to call in and schedule in advance.

How was he rude? I’ve only been able to schedule in advance once. Every other time was the day of

Odd, Never had an issue scheduling anyone in particular if they were available for my desired day and time. Just curious… do you have Abel’s direct number or did you call and ask to talk to him, or did he just happen to answer?

It’s funny that in this business of pure service, people don’t treat people nicely.  This is bad for business and everyone involved. Mean gays are so tired

I have had so many issues booking there.  The masseur arriving late because I had booked a lunch time appointment , the service I requested not recorded properly (so the shower room was not free for me), or more often simply nobody answering my texts or my insta messages. 

Once I was rejected for booking two days in advance, once rejected for booking the same day. I mean how hard it is to print out a schedule for the week and fill it in as bookings are being made?

First I know of no way to book there or HK by text or IG. Second those two places only EVER book a day in advance. Never more than that. Otherwise I've never had an issue in booking. Some of your issues are understandable in that they go against their procedures/policies.

I’ve only ever booked by phone, didn’t realize text was an option too, but never had an issue with booking. I think mostly because the phone is right by their scheduling book, so they would write it down right away during the call

Text bookings or insta bookings used to be perfectly fine under Ben. Also booking even a week ahead was also fine with Ben. That man was a star. 
There was no stupid booking policy back then (at least when I was booking).

Ben is no longer living. We are living in the present. I don't know about you, but I don't live in the past.

He does have an attitude , but he does give a pretty decent massage overall, I’ve noticed I usually get cut off by about 5mins.

Many of us can live in the present and still remember the recent past. It's a very helpful skill that provides context for life and helps you make decisions.

Those of us who knew Ben can remember him and give him credit for making 27 a really well run spa. It's reasonable to comment on the fact that customer service has declined since Ben's untimely death. 

Why would anyone feel the need to register a snaky remark in this scenario?.
