It is actually a still from the 2008 remake of "Brideshead Revisited" with Ben Whishaw and Matthew Goode as Sebastian Flyte and Charles Ryder, a film based on the novel by Evelyn Waugh. A much more famous 1981 UK mini-series with Anthony Andrews as Sebastian Flyte and Jeremy Irons as Charles Ryder from the BBC was broadcast on PBS here in the US in the early 80's.
