Am I missing something here?

Yes. That just seems very vague.

What kind of milk? Can it be chocolate milk?

And what if I only like Oreos?

I got this from Rentmen. I requested clarification. I am wondering if it means violators will be suspended or what does happen to violators?

What is the difference between a porn star and a prostitute?

https://medium.com/@michellehuelle/what-is-the-difference-between-a-porn-star-and-a-prostitute-3ba4a38338ce

"It sounds like the beginning of a crude joke but I’m serious. A porn star performs sex acts for money in front of a camera. A prostitute performs sex acts for money in private. One is legal and the other isn’t. One has protections by law, the other is an outlaw, meaning outside the law, unprotected."

Don't worry......porn will be next.

Please learn the legal definition of "Escort" before misusing the term. Are you really trying to overturn a freedom of speech site that has been around since the start of the century?

It is futile to argue that male4male commercial sex sites do not appear to be what they are within the new vice legislation. Splitting hairs on wording and on overt or implicit intentionality will not yield a work-around solution. The legal nomenclature is too strategically broad and figuratively legitimate to find broad cryptic wording that hoodwinks it.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. An escort site is an escort site, full stop. All cigar, skin, and paycheque language and imagery will need solid editorial amputation. Kkkkkk ... even these inocuous terms contain sufficient innuendo to satisfy prosecutorial criteria. Sex is so central to existence and obsessed about that few words don't relate to it phenomenologically.

It is interesting and not entirely lacking in amusement to see these recent threads spinning in circles. I am glad I don't have to rely on a consensus-driven collective solution as I live essentially within a cost-efficient intimacy cooperative situation with staggeringly hot distributors above the reach of ridiculously short-sighted law. I am by no means a "high roller" but I don't anticipate deprivation or bankruptcy.

We are spoiled because in this age we are accustomed to swift and unambiguous marketplace terminology and accessibility. The solution will be to creatively codify the goods agenda and associated visual representations in a very abstract way. It is now really the arrangement details that demand attention to risk aversion. The intimacy surrogacy act itself, once it reaches the consummation stage, is hard to bust.

I don't have the answer as to how, but where the work lies is clear. At some point it will be analogous to developing and evolving insider comprehension of the old style backpocket hankie coding. Of course other historical precedents also come to mind.

Only obvious to the relevant stakeholders.

The only other thing I can think of is for consumers and distributors within the USA to make initial contact through a broker outside the national jurisdiction The broker does not get at all involved at the arrangement contract level. He or she is a simply a bridge to communication, not a matchmaker or otherwise accountable in any way except being a decent human agent of connection with a knack for discretion. Adoption, birth surrogacy, and now under the radar intimacy surrogacy support. But more exclusively in switchboard operator mode. No forum, no website.

"What I am into" is indicative of describing interests, which in turn is describing attributes of oneself.

This is no different than listing stats.

What crosses the line of sexual acts or implied sexual acts would be listing a "menu" or "services".

RM does give the option to list "boyfriend experience" under "available for".

This is probably the most substantial thing that can get RM in trouble.

I agree. The "I am into" section could be just like a general interests category like any other dating site has. Yes it may be sexual in nature, but it in no way suggests someone with an ad will do that.

Their icon in my bookmarks just changed. It used to have a devilish shape with horns, now it is just a very clean RM.

You cant never "clean" nothin of the Devil! Once you let him in; he aint gonna go away. Only thing you can do is pray and (sometimes) sing. Ah sing when ah bake mah pahs. That way the devil knows sister Sarah's in the room!
