Um, not ok. I've heard of bait and switch, but at least let me in before the upselling gets started! I thought after saying never mind if they would see me for twice the time but I'm sure that wasn't in the plans.

I am not sure what is happening in @Smurof ’s head while he is writing, but either

1. he thinks faster than he writes, and as a consequence he omits to write part of the thinking,

or

2. there is a real organisation issue in there.
