I am very familiar with Las Vegas however this will be my first time working the internet while I am there. One of my female partners was arrested recently there by vice while working the casinos, and another person I’ve worked with in the past was arrested via their ad online due to agreeing to too much over the phone. I just received phone call inquiring to my travel dates I posted for Las Vegas, and he says “I saw your ad for massage in Las Vegas and I will be there at the same time. Can you tell me more about the massage? I’m looking for a massage and a blow job.”

OBVIOUSLY I am not going to agree to that, so I hung up. It’s Las Vegas and vice are everywhere. Why would I incriminate myself? So this leads me to my question: How do you screen your clients in Las Vegas? I have a background check service I use. Will it be a deal breaker for many clients if I ask for their ID for screening purposes? Or should I just stay vague on the phone and use my best judgement in person (I.E. hug the client and feel for wires from a microphone, engage in the encounter before asking for the donation, etc.) I guess I’m just a little nervous seeing that i will be there for the porn awards and I’m sure vice will be hot.

Any clients also reading this, would you feel uncomfortable having an escort ask for your ID in Vegas for screening purposes or would you be understanding?

I’m almost scared to work the internet at all. May just stick to the casino bars and lounges. Any input is appreciated! Thank you.

My take, unless you have a vaj your ok. But nothing is 100%

Hugs,

Greg

Normally I would agree with you on that, but the second person I mentioned was a male! Vice told them they are very focused on males as well now because they could be victims of sex trafficking as well. When my female friend was arrested there were two gay guys arrested along with the large group of females.

Was this during an election cycle? Sex trafficking? Please! Most adults who are hookers do it on their own accord. Smh.

The boy was arrested sometime last year, I’m not exactly sure when but they were agressively interrogating him asking him if he has a pimp. He was like “ummm, what?!” I’ve personally never encountered a gay pimp and I’m in Houston where pimping is very common amongst female providers. My female friend arrested just this last summer, the same thing happened to her pretty much but all charges were dismissed. They really are after pimps. I guess my fear comes from the sense that this wouldn’t be my first time caught in a sting so I can’t really afford (and I don’t mean financially) a second encounter with vice. My punishment would be not so light.

Just be vague on the phone and say we can discuss everything in person. When you meet them say get naked or in briefs on the table and we can discuss what you are specifically wanting. Whatever they tell you say, “Anything that happens is between two consulting adults.”

Sorry but that shit dont work.

Hugs,

Greg

Suspect this now has some areas that are a bit outdated. But still a good read.

Don’t overreact but:

Memorize the number of a local attorney.

Unfortunately they always say they are doing it for their good. Kinda like we have to bomb the village to save the village canard. I think we have to take profit, pensions and pay out of crime. This has to be legalized-I just don't know how.

Not to make it political, but repubs I expect, why Obama went after rentboy-I will never know.

One very well-known and well-reviewed escort who was a Las Vegas regular for years, requested that I meet him at my hotel room door completely nude. When I expressed my fear that I might feel underdressed since he would be fully dressed, he promised that once I closed the door, he'd be out of his clothes faster than I could believe. I never asked him but I highly suspect he requested I be naked to be sure I was not vice, since that was the first time I'd hired him.

One experienced escort I knew made it a point to start his sessions -- the very first thing -- with a very deep French kiss. Usually in the elevator on the way up to the room. He claimed that law enforcement would resist. I don't recall how he handled the phone/email/text negotiations beforehand, but I'm sure that he was careful not to say anything that implied the exchange of sex for money.

I’ve said this before...but whenever I feel an escort

is suspicious about me being vice when I open the door

(I tend to have a very police/military haircut and look),

I immediately unzip their pants and put their cock in my

mouth.

They usually laugh and say “thanks man I was nervous”.

And then we go on to have a great time together.

I also agree. Absolutely no talk about sexual activity or

money until after we’re done fucking. It’s a little dicey,

but if they’ve got a good ad on Rentmen...I know all the

basic info that I need.

I had a similar experience with my last hire in Las Vegas. He told me on the phone that he wouldn't discuss any details other than the amount of time I was requesting. He said if I was unhappy with the arrangement after we talked at the hotel he would leave with no hard feelings. Once he got to the room he did a very thorough check to make sure there was no one else in the room behind the curtains and that the door to the adjoining room was firmly locked. (That part felt odd and off-putting, but I got over it.) Then he came over and kissed me very deeply and said, "Now let's talk about what kind of evening you'd like to have."

Bottom line, if the PD wants to get you, they will find a way. There's no disclaimer, asterisk, magic trick or burning of sage that's going to save you from ending up with, minimum, a solicitation charge. You can argue that down with a good attorney and have it expunged if you don't already have a long string of arrests.

In playing this game, you agree to take on some degree of risk. Minimizing risk is what the best escorts do, but it's not perfect. If you're on either side of this equation, my suggestion is to always have a trusted attorney on speed dial.

As my own lawyer has said to me, while it's good to have a qualified attorney next to you, it's better to have one who knows the judge ;)

Highly agree. These above mentioned "tricks" to touch someone's private parts or kiss ... please! Clark county has NO ENTRAPMENT laws! Don't believe me look it up.... LE can do whatever sexual they wish if they want to make an arrest. As BN said: If they want to arrest you, they will. LE in particular cares less whether they have a strong case against you or not. They are in it to meet their quota for the night. So what if a few cases don't even get to court? They still made 98 other arrests that night that will.

One correction I must make to BN: There is no possibility of "expunging" records in the State of Nevada (since this particular issue was raised about Las Vegas in specific). While some states DO allow records to be expunged, State of Nevada solely offers the possibility of record sealing.

I’ve heard that a big long kiss at the time at first meeting at the door screens out LE as they are loathe to do this.

Peter -- do you have personal or second-hand knowledge of cases in which male LE engaged in sexual acts with male escorts (for entrapment purposes)? We've discussed from time to time on this forum the fact that the "younger" generation is not (so) hung-up about gay/straight labels, and I'm wondering whether those attitudes extend to younger cops and make them willing to do things that their older colleagues would have avoided.

There are a couple states that the officers had no issue with crossing the line, Michigan and Hawaii I can name off on the top of my head. I haven't had any run in with the law as far as being a hooker so I can't speak of Vegas but come on, leo are not our friends by any stretch of the imagination. Their purpose is to create revenue for the city and state.

Greg

I have a friend who works in LE (courts) in DC and he says prostitution arrests are either on streetwalker venues or at hotels complaining about in-calls. The arrest of a ESPN announcer a couple years ago was from a hotel-based sting. There is a bill before the DC Council to decriminalize prostitution. The US Congress will probably overrule if passed however.

Yes, I actually do (in Vegas).... and let's leave it at that. ;)
