Thanks for the heads up! I messaged him on RM and might take the plunge. If we do connect I'll be extra careful. Regardless I'll give a full report. It seemed to me in his insta that he USED to be cop but isn't any longer. Besides, if this was a sting, cops wouldn't use their own insta for pics; they'd use some no-name hot guy in Miami like all those backpage fraudsters use.

I use the “Page Info” option in Firefox to get the address of pics. I search the address in google.

A number of years ago, when I was much younger, I hooked up with a cop in Boston area - not an escort type of thing, just a straight guy wanting some oral. Well, he showed up at my hotel room wearing his gun belt, explained that he was technically on duty, and then proceeded to remove the gun and put it on a table. Once we got his other "gun" whipped out, everything was much more relaxed.... suffice it to say that he left the room much more relaxed than when he arrived Turns out, even though he came across as rough around the edges when he first walked in, he turned out to be a really nice guy who was easy to talk with. That being said, cops are not automatons of justice; they're real human beings with emotion and physical needs, so it's not completely out of the realm of possibility that a cop, especially a younger one, would moonlight as an escort.

 

However, the guy in question here, according to his LinkedIn page, is STILL a cop (it says 2016-Present) - I join others on this thread in saying that I find it hard to believe a cop would use his own pics to pull of a sting operation, if that were his intention. Either he's legit and doing this on the side, or else it's a fake profile that's using this guy's photos - I do find it interesting, though, that there is no phone # posted for contact...most Rentmen guys *prefer* to be contacted by text or phone, not by e-mail. Time will tell, I guess...we'll have to wait for Hung_Cody's report!

Maybe, but let us not forget that there are a lot of stupid people in the world...and not everyone is computer savvy enough to run a "reverse photo search."

3 days ago when the ad popped up again there was a phone number to call. It was area code (631) which is Suffolk County. Within a day when I went back to the ad the number had disappeared.

It's also possible that the LinkedIn page is outdated. Hung_Cody has convinced me that may be the case, based on some other details of his instagram that I hadn't noticed. Other research of mine suggests he was definitely still a cop a few months ago, but that timeline actually fits with instagram. Soooo... looking forward to hearing back, hehe.

I think ima stick to my conclusion that he's a firefighter. Because I found more info. Yeah the linked in title on Google results says law enforcement officer but current profession reads fire rescue. His only fans also reads army vet and volunteer firefighter. The ig pic of him in dress uniform of him have fireman emblems not a police badge. Also fireman uniforms tend to be a bit more longer and lose and police dress uniforms are more form fitting ( imo) There are also several picture of him with groups of guys that are more than likely "family". Including multiple pics of him with other well known gay IG " personalities". Just my thoughts. I could be totally wrong / shrug. He's still hot as fuck either way.
